How S.P.E.C.I.A.L are you?

In the series Fallout, the beginning stats of S.P.E.C.I.A.L were important. In reality what would you invest in if you could change how S.P.E.C.I.A.L you are? I'm going to go by the Fallout 3 system and have the points equal up to 40.

I'm not particularly intelligent or charismatic, much as I'd like to say otherwise, and I resemble a stick figure, but I'm an excellent climber with a fairly high tolerance to pain, and quite perceptive (most of the time, anyway.)

Also, not surprise that a lot of people'd be giving themselves high intelligence scores.

STR-5 I'm about average. In pretty good shape, but not especially strong

PER-6 I'm pretty observant and notice little details, but I have terrible eyesight. Also, I tend to be somewhat impatient, so if I don't catch something at first glance I might not catch it at all.

END-4 Plenty tough enough, but I get sick a lot. Have a decent tolerance for pain, but I can't stand being uncomfortable, if that makes sense.

CHA-7 I'm a pretty likeable guy. A bit introverted at first glance, but I open up in the right settings.

INT-7 I'm smart, but I hate studying and listening to people lecture, so its limited me academically. Fortunately, it never slowed me down in college.

AGI-5 Same as strength. I can run a mile no problem, but you won't see me winning any races to get there.

LCK-6 I actually consider myself pretty lucky. At least, when it comes to chance (or just general windfall). I've terrible luck when it comes to things going exactly like I want them though.

Agility - 1
Luck - 1

Or something like that.
I know 10 is max, but WHATEVER.
