I'm talking about all drugs even aspiren, cofffee, alcohol, whatever. Reason I ask my tooth is killing me right now, just had some dentistal work on it and I had to take grade A pain pills and its down to numbish. Its always been that way, even with harder stuff like morphoring the doctors had to run it 15 minuets longer then normal. The suspected me of being a hard herorin addict and even asked my grandma after the managed to put me out. Apparently after doping me up instead of sleeping soundly I was getting angry at them saying I told you so and asking for more drugs. After I woke up I sprung out of bed fresh as a daisy and dressed myself, which honestly shocked the nurse.

Anywho how well can you handle drugs escapist? Or you tough and nothing can knock you out? Or do you pass out after and aspiren?

Not too well. I got stoned routinely on decongestants last winter. It certainly made having a cold a lot more interesting, albeit very unproductive.
I can handle marijuana quite well, but the first [last, and hopefully only] time I smoked skunk, my limbs turned to jelly for a few minutes. It was horrible. Haven't touched THC since, needless to say.

Erm... I remember getting to six when going under general anaesthetic. Because they ask you to count down from 10. Don't know where I score otherwise. I very rarely take any pain meds at all, I prefer to let my body deal with things itself. When I had severe tonsilitis I only went to the doctor after five days of being almost completely unable to eat. I think I had about 2 meals in that time.

I tried weed for the first time a couple of weeks ago and tbh I didn't feel much different, maybe a little more chilled but then it was only a spliffs worth.

I would say... slightly above average?

When I got put out, I was out fairly fast, but normal pain killers don't affect me at all.

When I'm on prescription pills, none of the side effects ever occur in me.

Caffeine doesn't have any real effect on me. Drank lots of Coke at night before, and fell asleep nearly instantly.

As a teenager i build up a big resistance to lots of drugs like alcohol, weed. And caffeine was all i drank, coke and coffee right before i went to bed and had no problem sleeping.
But i all stopped that years back. My tolerance level has dropped significally since then.
Drinking caffeine late at night will keep me up now.
Never needed pain control meds so i cant say about that.

Caffeine has no effect on me except making me go to the bathroom. That's the extent of my drug resistance.

Err... strangely?

Even on very heavy doses of LSD (8 hits) or mushrooms (12 grams), I have never felt as acute fear and unbearable paranoia as sometimes occurs with a single toke of pot.

Similarly, I can barely have a pint anymore without being laid out for the rest of the day, but I have a scary tolerance to Benzodazapines and opiates/opioids. The only time I was ever actually fully 'sedated' was from a insulfated 25mg dose of hydromorphone (equivalent to approximately 125mg of morphine).

For what it's worth, don't try doing any of the above. Even though the LSD and Psilocybin mushrooms are "physically" safe, most people don't want to be anywhere near how high you'd get off that dosage. Similarly, if I didn't already built up a large tolerance to opiates and depressant medication, that dose of hydromorphone (Dilaudid) could well have hospitalized or killed me.

I'm not pro or anti drug and those are true personal accounts; if you're a user, caution first. If you're not a user, stay that way, you can't forget certain carnival rides.

Well, as you would expect the drugs I don't take with any regularity I have a piss poor resistance to, as for the others I can happily take amounts that are pretty much guaranteed to kill someone who isn't tolerant and feel a bit drowsy.

I can drink a lot. Bears like booze. I don't do caffeine I don't want to be dependent on coffee to wake up. I don't notice it working but I'm pretty sure it helps I take 5 ibuprofen every six hours for inflammation in my shoulder but the recommended dose is 2.

Nasty, but I was given antibiotics... it was then that we found out I'm allergic to penicillin. :S HUGE blotchy rash appeared all over my body overnight. Also very nasty.

I was, like, half-baked after staining a desk I made in Tech class. Maybe I just wasn't feeling good or whatever, but weird shit happened.

I've got a pretty low tolerance for almost everything. I can't even smoke more than a cigarette a day before they start grossing me out.

The only hard drug I have tried is LSD which was fun and all that, but it didn't really work. I didn't hallucinate to the same extend the people I did it with did, mushrooms has little effect on me as well. I can handle weed and alcohol just fine, though I really dislike the taste of alcohol. For painkillers I smoke weed, I'm not a big fan of medical drugs and I won't take them unless a doctor orders me to.

I once got bored and took enough TCAs to kill a healthy dude twice my size.
It was actually noted that I should have been so fucking dead it is unreal.
I woke up twenty four hours later.

Of course, that had absolutely fuck all to do with handling drugs and more to do with my crazy powerful heart. But I do seem to have this massive, unexplained tolerance for painkillers and such.

And yet damn near everything gives me a headache.
I like to think of it as mother nature's way of saying "fuck you, ugly".

I think you just missed the point.

Drugs do absolutely nothing to me. Whether it's pain killers or decongestants or cough medicine, over the counter drugs have no effect, while prescription ones don't do a lot. But I don't really complain. Drugs are more of a modern luxury to me anyways.
