How would you escape Arkham Asylum?

Exactly what it says on the tin, how would you, if you were being held inside Arkham Asylum, escape? You can have any of the famous Batman villians inside with you, but keep in mind that this is you trapped inside, not Batman or the Joker etc. No real rules besides that, so go for it: Formulate a plan to rival those of the Joker.

I just eat my three meals a day and wait for the Joker/2Face/Penguin etc. to blow a hole in the wall and whack the guards. Then I'd stroll out.

I'd probably don't need to wait before lunch the first day, given how often all the baddies run out of the place

If I was in Arkham, and had been there for more than a day, it would mean I was an extra to be put in and out at the creator's will.

I'd follow my roommate during his escape, which he stops midway to kill me and uses my blood to finish painting a diagram on a wall which unleashes a demon.

Just wait for one of the villains to bust out, and then sneak out discretely.

Organise the prisoners into digging a tunnel under the asylum once it's finished we wait till night fall and due to a couple of bribed guards, power goes out, cells fly open and we crawl to victory and run like the wind... or blow stuff up whatever please the inmates.

I thought you meant, how would I get out if I was the Batman?, should read the question more carefully.

Well it's probably a matter of time before Bane rocket launches the place again, so I'd probably just wait for something like that to happen. If I had to come up with a plan, well it would depend where in the Asylum I'm being kept.

I wouldn't. No matter what ingenious scheme you may come up with to escape, all it will lead to is a certain someone coming after you. I'll pass on that thanks.

As someone mentioned before, I would do exactly nothing. I would draw no attention to myself and when one of the moronic DC villains hatched some hare-brained scheme, I would simply extricate myself from the wreckage quietly.

The only ones that ever die or get mauled are the idiots who follow the Joker. I mean, how many times has that guy actually succeeded at anything? It's like volunteering to fight defense for George Armstrong Custer.
