I accidentally got 2 computer screens (win7)

I in some way got my computer thinking i have 2 monitors and therefore some windows fly of the screen the moment i try to open them.
I´ve tried everything i could think of but nothing works how do i fix this?????

Try going to the desktop, right-clicking, choosing Screen Resolution from the menu and selecting Display 1.

This is true.

Also if you've got a nvidia graphics card you should have an option to go the the NVIDIA Control Panel when you right click on the desktop, you can go through there to disable additional screens. Don't know why it would have done this though.
