I've been trying to get my Nintendo DSi to connect to WFC, but it's not working. Nintendo's customer service page says that I may need to change settings with my router, however I can't access it.
When I go to www.routerlogin.net and enter the default username and password for it, the page just refreshes and I can't get past it. I have tried many times entering the username and password in different ways, but it's simply not budging. Help, please!

What do you mean the page just refreshes? Do you input the login and password, and it just pops up again?

Might want to try resetting it to factory default: Essentially pressing the reset button (Usually a hole in the back using a pin) for 30 seconds.

I'm afraid I don't know how to help you, but I do sympathize. I've had a similar problem before, i.e. a router which refuses to accept the correct password. Routers that won't work the way you need them to are the worst, and as much as it sucks, sometimes the easiest fix is to just buy a new one.

Try entering 192.168.1.1 into your browser and inputting the username/password there - that normally works.
