A few minutes ago, I was playing the old Rogue-Like, NetHack, and had something ridiculous and awesome happen to me:
I had my character drink a random potion which made him start tripping balls, in his wild hallucinations, he mistook his pet kitten, Moosey, for a monster and proceeded to kill said kitten.

Well I landed Makoto's uppercut super in BlazBlue in the most "fuck you" way ever today. This fucking Ragna was being a **** and letting me win to drag out the game (as in he physically let go of the controller and turned into training mode online) weirdly he let me win the first round instead of the second so that was the first mistake.
We were both on fuck all health because I managed to sneak a few throws in there and they do a surprising amount of damage. He comes to lock me in the corner and just chip me with something because I can't deal with prolonged corner pressure at all, he throws ONE Inferno Divider at me and I gained to power to immediately counter Particle Flare through it.

I may suck at the execution of BlazBlue and lack character understanding but come on, after a year of UMVC3 I do know the base concepts behind the corner, chip damage, counter supers and unsafeness mate. Give my shit Makoto some credit.
Well he wasn't as bad as the Jin who would sit there calmly waiting to Astral me for the entire second round. I was bouncing between that Jin and Ragna for about 35 minutes.
Oh and then I switched to Carl and kicked that Ragna's ass and won in two straight rounds... I don't even know how to play Carl or how to combo with him. The guy just loved to sit on top of Nirvana I suppose. It was like he couldn't understand what Nirvana was...
Perhaps I over-rely on Nirvana but that's how I interpret Carl as a character

I have to say, the amount of plot twists within a single five minutes of the "Where Angels Fear to Tread" quest in Borderlands 2 left me hyperventilating. So many surprising and unexpected things happened and were revealed in that one section. Mordecai's "What the F***?! What the F*** just happened!?" at the end summed my thoughts up pretty nicely.
Oh, and the entirety of Kingdom Hearts. For being so awesome. One of my favourite moments is in KHII in the 'Battle of 1000 Heartless'. You feel so invincible during that fight.

Nah, don't worry, it is not a big "game", but it is worth the time I used to finish it.
When I finished it I had the same feeling Yahtzee had with the game Spec Ops:
I felt like sh*t when I finished it!! It make me feel like a horrible person, but at the same time I didn't knew what is was right or wrong to do!!!!

I don't know why stuff like that drives me nuts. I mean, I know WHY it exists, its just an eternal struggle to not make fun of those who enjoy that kind of stuff. Its just so bizarre by any standard yet they act all hunky dory about it and to me that just seems EVEN MORE BIZARRE. The lack of self awareness in regards to just how weird it is is what drives me nuts I think.
