I forgot name of this Car Game on Playstation 2

Hello! I forgot name of the game for the console Playstation 2.
It was game with cars, you was able to pick items like rocket, axe etc.
There was one character with name Flaming or something like that and he had Hoverboard with green color.
It was able to play it with some other people (with 2 controlers)

I don't know. Twisted Metal, maybe, but that's a long shot. I don't think any characters had a hoverboard in that game.
