Not that hard to do actually, so no.
I've found myself multiple times, sometimes out of boredom, sometimes while looking for something in particular, but overall, not that hard to do.
If you look hard enough, you can also find your Accounts on other sites, as can I if I know what to look for.
Oh, and maybe add some Discussion involving things unintentionally found through Search Engines?
I found Deviantart, Flickr, and some sites I use(d) to Pineapple up Avatars.

Just remember to keep your real name separate from your profile name in as many cases as possible if you are really concerned about it. It probably won't be a problem, but anonymity is your best defense on the internet, so don't squander it now that you have had a taste of what it's like to lose it.
I've Googled my real name and AvsJoe multiple times just for kicks (or because I'm narcissistic; pick one). Hell, my AvsJoe search even dug up a couple of comics I made for a website 7 years ago. You shouldn't be scared but you should be at least a little careful.
