I am new to this forum so I am not sure if I can make requests, but here goes. I am a proud owner of a PS3 but I have a problem. I can't get online play. I have tried and tried to do it and asked so many people but no one can give me a straight answer. I have signed up for an account and can access the internet but it won't allow me to get on to online matches. I have Resistance and have been trying to get into matches but I just get error messages. I know computers and am good with machines but not enough to understand the technical terms that everyone keeps handing me. If you answer this please keep it as simple as possible. Thanks.

Don't you think you'd more likely find the help you need with sites specifically associated with the PS3, especially those most associated with the online portion of its use?
