I just beat Fable 3 and I feel...empty

So I just finished playing Fable 3 and I feel empty(there is a better word but I cant think of it right now.) and I just feel empty and unsatisfied. Is this a problem with the ending or something else.

Yeah I know what you mean. It's all good leading up to it but then suddenly you become king and that whole shadow threat was like nothing... the game just sort of takes a nose dive once you're king, I guess.

Still I had fun with it. Wasn't a complete waste.

I got like 20% through and was so unsatisfied I stopped playing. I doubt I will ever go back to it. I have better things to do then play a game I'm not enjoying.

It's "psychological" thing.
It's not about ending this game, but about ending some activity that played important part in your life.
You're in transition now, you need to find something else you could focus on. Maybe you could take some vacation from videogaming or at least stay away from those massive ones for a while ?

Oh, I feel your pain.

The thing I hated the most was the fact that, when you're king, the days just suddenly come to a halt.
Game: "You have 123 days to go."
Me: "Aw, cool! I'll hang around some more, earn some cash... basically just muck around. Yay! Well, let's progress to the next day."
Game: "Armageddon is upon you. Got ya!"

.....

Then again, I found the ending of Fable 2 to be extremely shallow as well. I won't spoil it for those who haven't played it yet, but I actually reloaded my save because I figured something must have gone wrong with the ending. Major letdown.
