Well, Escapists, this is how I know I'm not a bigot.
For one, when I make a joke about handicapped people, then I later on top that with a joke about black gay handicapped people and some even wander why I do these absurd jokes about the worlds most sensitive things.
My reason? Is because I said, "fuck it, I'm going to start tearing everyone a new pair of balls" because I will allow everyone to make a joke about me, if it's about how flamboyant I am,weight or my comical expressions.
So why not eliminate the hate in this world with jokes and gain a bit of laughter as well?

There is a time and place for everything, I'm sure he has the taste/common sense to not walk up to someone and make a joke about them specifically or too someone who dosn't want to hear it. The simple fact is - just listen to most comedians - racist jokes are used left and right.

Personally i fine the jokes funny as hell everyone, race, gender, nationality, Creed, mental capacity and on are targets. The simple fact is that most of these statements are simply amusing because of how absurd they are.

I have a time and place, for everything.
When the mood is light and us the guys are ripping each other in shreds then we can do pretty much any low shots.
The thing is that I do have a moral basis, it's not like I'm going to make the fat lady sing...It's not she could stand of the fucking couch anyway.
Btw. According to that then most comedians who use dark humor then they are some of the worst bigots in the world, watch some Ricky Gervais.

That's exactly the same way I feel. I also think that avoiding something is almost as ignorant as being prejudiced towards it. Pretending not to know your friend is black because you don't want to seem racist is stupid. Alternatively, I join in on the jokes, not in a hateful way, but just pretending that they aren't black is pretty ignorant in and of itself.

Like I said, there is a time and place for everything.
My point is just if we can joke about it and everyone can laugh then it sort of drags it's power down since everyone can laugh of it (even the person it's directed at) and not in a mean way, of course not!

So while I understand what you're saying, you shouldnt do that, especially since it can lead to terrible events following.

Besides, it doesnt mean you're not bigoted. if you werent bigoted, you wouldnt have those thoughts or need to make those jokes in the first place. You just have a (Edit) mocking sense of humour and can take a joke about yourself.
