Then is insanity worth enlightenment?
Just a matter of personal opinion, I guess...

If your insane can you really appreciate enlightenment anyway?
But enlightenment would ultimately mean sacrificing all things that define humanity. That includes the notion of "appreciation."

If you're insane, I do imagine you don't really care about enlightenment. Which probably means you've obtained it.

Why? Anyway wouldn't that also mean you would transcend 'Insanity' as well?

Its a matter of appearances, really.
But why do we so greatly fear insanity, then?

Pretty much everyone is not sane to some degree but some people are well known enough that other people actually pretend to care.

I do not fear insanity, that would be like fearing myself. But anyway that aside I suppose most people are just afraid of insane people rather than the idea of insanity it's self.

Like, for example, what time it is.

Surely I must be the sanest person here, for I have not understood a word you have said.
If I recall correctly, time speeds up when matter approaches the speed of light...

Or is it the other way around?

I delved into a life of insanity for 8 months, I pulled myself out of it thankfully.
My capabilities to experience and learn from things has since grown expotentionally over the last 6 years.

My diagnosis was a psychosis panic disorder, with seperations from preceived reality.
One sinlge sentence describes the thought pattern, but i never utter it in public, lest i set someone else off.

Yes... and that has what to do with what I said?

sanity = S
Retardation (slowness) = r
````````````T
1. ~S . R = S . ~R
Its tautology.
AKA: what you said has a literal interpretation that applies here.
Moral relativity means it's ok to steal and murder as long as you're going very very fast. [/xkcd]
