Mine would read: Come for the fun, stay for the laughs but leave the arrogance behind

Well actually if your a Pub Club member The Escapist does have a motto, though it changes every few minutes, courtesy of the 'motto of the moment'... yeah, its not ACTUALLY The Escapist motto but it sorta fits the bill

Right now, as I type this? It's "I'm awesome", by Fritzvalt

edit: scratch that, it changed to "I am an FBI agent!", by tendo82 as I was typing XD
