If you are a loner are you considered to have no life?

In my humble loner opinion, I have a life. I used to play video games every day, and hardly ever go outside. Now that I am in college I don't do that anymore. I'm still a loner, but I socialize with people on an hourly basis, yet I still go and hang out by myself and hardly ever hang with other people or spend time outside of my room. Would you consider me to "have a life" in this situation in contrast to the way I used to be (mind you I will probably resort back to that on Christmas break)?

Yes AMMO Kid I would consider you to have a life, a private life is still a life.

Do you have a pulse?
Are you able to perform feats that the average corpse cannot?
If the answer to both or one of these is yes, then the answer is yes.

If you're a loner, do you care? ;)

Some may take it upon themselves to "help you" with offers to socialize, but if you continually imply that you're fine enjoying your own company, most will respect that.

Being a lone wolf is a type of lifestyle, no? There is nothing wrong with that unless you find yourself naked, rubbing peanut butter all over yourself, and dancing in the dark. *shrug*

If you're satisfied, you're satisfied. I'm sick of loners feeling that their life has less value because more socially inclined people can't relate and put them down.

Everyone has a life, and if they are generally satisfied with what they make of it, then who's to tell them to do things any differently?

I much prefer to just relax by myself or with one or two close friends than in a whole group of people. Being a "loner" as you call it (my friends say its being emo, but, obviously they don't know what the fuck they're talking about), isn't a bad thing.

A life is a life until you don't have a life. Then you're dead.

There's always going to be people who unapprove of what you do with your life, so just do you best to figure out what makes you happy. Don't be afraid to experiment, don't be afraid to stick with something.

Can't say I see the problem. I'm not much different. I socialize at work on a daily basis but once I clock out I pretty much keep to myself. Except for Friday evenings; those are for co-op gaming with my best friend. =)

I don't care if people think I "have a life" or "don't have a life". If people want to put me down for not having a life like them, then they're no friends of mine.

Though people do joke I have no life :p

The 'get a life' thing was created by insecure twats who haven't got a decent enough sentence to degrade a person.

They're scum.

"They" don't have a life, but everyone else does.

If its smooth peanut butter you'll probably do fine.

OT: yes you do.

aw, chunky is wrong in that situation, but I know nothing of that. I just prefer smooth over chunky peanut butter.
