Who would it be? I love this idea, so I have a bunch of ideas.
One of my first choices would be Nikola Tesla, so I could show him modern technology he set the foundation for. I would say, "Hey, remember when you said people would one day have the newspaper brought to their homes by wireless transmission? Check out the Internet!" I wonder what he'd say if he saw cars running on electricity.
Walt Disney would be another interesting choice. I would show him this Pixar company his people worked with to make some fantastic movies and a few mediocre ones. I might show him that a Japanese video game maker developed a strange crossover with Disney characters and people with spiky hair. They, against all odds, turned Mickey into a plausible badass.
Or maybe Jules Verne? "And a few years ago, they made a crappy movie adaptation of Around the World in Eighty Days with Jackie Chan."
