I'd alter human desire so everyone worked towards the greater good rather than selfish individualism.
That would solve murder, theft, the rich-poor divide, and just about any other problem in existence since everyone is working towards the benefit of the species.

I would kill Churchill and then the world would see a reign of zombies in blimps and everytime I visited the local Blimpies(a sub store)I would cringe. And I would get to shoot up nazis that took retard drugs all day and shot in the air. yes!
I'd make terraforming and space travel possible. Why bust our asses trying to repair the planet when we can just move off it when it really is irredeemable?

I'd stop humans from ever evolving. Give the raccoons their due chance. Bet hyperintelligent raccoons wouldn't have had a Holocaust or paid to keep Miley Cyrus in body glitter.

I would get rid of radioactive elements.
