I would make Antarctica a nation, while still following all the treaties that stop exploitation of the natural resources, Our principal export would be SCIENCE, and ice. It would have to be a benign dictatorship so that everyone followed the rules, but everyone would still have all the basic rights, considering the multinationalism of Antarctica's population.
