No, because unlike most of our modern narcissistic society society I actually have the ability to feel guilt and also feel that unjustified killing is morally abhorrent.
Depends on how you mean 'kill' and how you mean 'hate'. For instance if we are talking about a violent oppresser who is hurting my friends and family and me with threats of death then naturally I would kill him in self defence. Getting away with it would be a bonus.
But to be honest that's the only reason I would ever want to kill someone. Even though I do occassionally have grudges, I'll never hate someone enough to want them to suffer phsyical pain. I would feel guilt about such a thought.

It would be nice to have my revenge.
I could always justify it in my own mind:
I am doing the human race a favour by removing them from the gene-pool.
I am probably doing someone else a favour.
I am probably going to stop other people suffering at that... thing's hands.

I wouldn't want someone's death on my hands/conscience. That being said there are a number of politicians that if someone ELSE were to have killed I wouldn't shed a tear. Tony Abbot for all you Australians BTW. I am honestly afraid of what would happen if that greasy loathsome f**ker gained power.
I would not but its not out of fear of being caught that is stopping me. Anyone who is relatively smart can figure out a way to kill someone and not get caught. However, I belive in Karma and that stops me from seeking revenge. Though its still tough to stop that urge.
