Pretty obviously the super gravity gun and the portal gun.

In fact, Valve, since you're still taking your time with HL2: Ep3 you might as well add them both to the game as one gun. An unlockable extra would be acceptable, but preferably with a segment of the game in which you just get to go crazy, dropping down on people from a portal and picking them up and tossing them out of my way.

I'd combine the rapid fire of the Glock 18 with the Spartan Laser.
OR Take the Gravity Gun and use it to shoot tanks at oncoming foes in Halo.
OH! I'd make the gravity gun shoot the portal gun through a portal.

I'd take the Far-sight from Perfect Dark and combine it with a Rocket launcher. I can shoot you from anywhere on the map, kill you with one shot no matter where I hit you (even in the leg), and getting in a tank doesn't help.

Maybe if you really want to kill someone properly, combine the Far-sight with the MIRV from Fallout, and make the mini-nukes heat seeking. Game over man, Game over.

I'd rather take R.Y.N.O. V and stick a chainsaw bayonet on it. Then make it shoot shurikens and lightning.
