By 'only once' do you mean that I get to have 1 person, or I get one instance, regardless of the length of time required? If the latter, I'd arrange for media coverage and sell it on PPV, and do it in the middle of Madison Square Gardens. I'd also send out audition notices, get a line-up of willing ladies, and a crap-ton of energy drinks. I wouldn't stop until it either killed me, or I dropped from exhaustion
