If you could see yourself living off one food for the rest of your days, what would it be?

Well. It could be a meal, if you want.
Now, don't just pick something off the top of your head or come up with something because, say, "it has all the vitamins etc. that I need to survive" because I'm more or less getting at what you eat near enough all the time that you may as well live off it.

For me it would probably be a bowl of cornflakes because I'd eat at least one or two bowls of the stuff a day. Or some other cereal, with milk obviously. Probably not healthy if that's all I was to eat but either way!

What about you, fellow escapists? Share!

(I'm actually eating a bowl right now. Goddamnit.)

Steak and Bacon.

A store near my house even sells Steak wrapped in Bacon, so I could live on them.

That actually sounds really tasty. If I tried it, I might even abandon my bowls of cornflakes, haha!
Oh, I could easily live off biscuits as well. Gee whiz. I'm surprised I only weigh 9 stone S:

Noodles.

Seriously that's mainly all I ever eat.
I love noodles.
Noodles are great! I used to eat loads of noodles as well but we haven't really got any as of late. That ought to change though; it's shopping day tomorrow!

It is amazing. The only problem is that its fricken tiny. And now that you mention it, biscuits to, as long as there is butter, I could easily live of that.

I'll pray for your colon!

OT: A pasta dish that I make from scratch (except the cheese, that's a bit beyond me) with the following ingredients: pasta, pesto, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas & bacon.

My goodness, that sound delicious.

I'm a big pasta person. I eat pasta all the time. But only for one thing have I ever said "I could be content with eating nothing but this for my entire life." And that would be strawberries. I love those things.

I eat Pizza 80% of the time, so that extra 20% wouldn't be too hard to swallow.

I blame them, they're too easy to cook.

Oh, Goddamnit. Would have to buy a ridiculous amount of them then! Ooh, what are your favourite biscuits? I have a giant list, I swear LOL.

Macaroni & Cheese, the home made extra cheesy kind.
Oh wow, I haven't had mac and cheese in ages. So tasty. Mind you, I'd be happy enough with any sort of pasta dish in front of me, especially...

Bar the peas, that sounds absolutely delectable. Cook for me, please? Haha, anyroad, it actually sounds really, really nice.

Ohh, strawberries are fantastic. Pity they're pretty expensive for what they come in S: To be honest though, I could happily live off most fruits so I wouldn't be able to pick one, haha. I have, admittedly, eaten an entire carton of strawberries, uh, quite recently actually. As in... probably about a week or so ago LOL.

Too right. Best thing ever is cold, leftover pizza the next day! It sounds so gross to some people though, lmao. I've had pizza from Pizza Hut before with that cheese crust. It's so good but really not worth the price. Pizza from restaurants are so exepssive, especially when you can get really, really good tasting plain pizzas for about £1 over here in various places and put whatever you want on the top of them. Nomnom.

Haha. I'd happily enough eat an entire plate of rice on its own. Not.. not loads of it mind you because it's far too plain but otherwise, definitely. Speaking of tuna, tuna sandwiches are gorgeous!

Yes, yes it is... even more so because the pesto is fresh-ground as well. I have my own mortar and pestle for it and I had find making pesto somewhat therapeutic!

Also, it's one of the dishes I have absolute faith in my own ability to make flawlessly. In actuality, I included the peas in the ingredient list for fibre purposes. Without them, it tastes just as good, and as evidence, I had some about three hours ago. I forgot to mention a few crushed peppercorns and bam, instant culinary heaven!

Dinner, anyone? (Please bring larger mortar!) :)
I find that posting this, it's odd that just yesterday, I bought myself some more pine nuts.

-whimper- Fresh pesto... that sounds so amazing. Alas that my own culinary skills are probably not up to making anything that awesome- I'm one of those people who can bake up a storm, but can't cook worth anything. And you're making me hungry. Not fair, sir.

Okay, I'm either going to have to go over to the mainlands to kidnap you to cook for me or I'm gonna have to write this recipe down! Haha! I'm not a particularly great cook although if I have all the ingredients and such, I can be quite enthusiastic in the kitchen. :)

Just raking about the kidnapping shenanigan. LOL.

Pizza's a popular one! I guess it's a good one at that because it can have all you need on it, haha.
