If you could turn any song into a game..

Pretty much what it says on the tin.
Given the opportunity to create a game based on a song of your choice, which song would you choose, and what sort of game would you create?
Keep in mind that the game would need to retain the general ambience of the song and have a plot based loosely around the lyrics [if any].

Personally, I think Knights of Cydonia [Muse] would make a cool game, but Borderlands seems to have that vibe to some extent already.

Well, I don't know, I was gonna say Queen - March of the Black Queen, but then I remembered that the only reason I even found that song is because it HAS been made into a game already.
Along with the other Queen songs Let Us Cling Together and Ogre Battle.
