Unoriginal, probably uninspired but about the most practical real world cheat you could have. I'd be a billionaire philanthropist with no discernable income, everyone would assume I was a real live bond baddy and it would be awesome.

I would have to say moon physics from the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series. There's nothing like jumping up 80 feet in the air just because you can.

Incredibly unoriginal, but probably the only ones I would bother with is unlimited money and invincibility. Spawning weapons and such would be fun, until you start killing people and everyone sees you as a monster for the rest of your immortal life. Not exactly how I would like to live, but that's just my opinion.
I'd give myself a lot of money so I could concentrate on more important/fun things. I'd also use noclip sometimes when I want to get through things or just want to look around.
