I'd go to the future, learn the secrets of genetic re-engineering, go back in time to just before I was born, pose as a doctor, and improve myself physically and mentally.
First, I'd go back and get a relative to (or do it myself) invest a shitload into Microsoft, IBM, Sprint and a handful of other companies so that I'd be richer than Bill Gates and Donald Trump combined. Then I'd prevent George Lucas from making his prequel trilogy. After that I'd probably just jump through time messing with people and things.
I'd take an elite multinational military force back in time to capture and tame dinosaurs for use in large scale battles. Imagine a giant armoured dinosaur covered in guns tearing through wave after wave of poorly crafted soviet era tanks.

Go way back in time and bury random modern items in the earth, so they form fossils. Then I'll 'discover' them, make millions, and begin one of the biggest mysteries the world has ever seen.
