Liara T'soni, because meeting a hot blue alien chick, regardless of the situation, would be pretty awesome. Besides, most other video game characters would be likely to kill me one way or another for one reason or another.

That said, it'd have to be Mass Effect 1's Liara. The sweet, bookish, gentle-but-self-dependent girl rather than the obsessive revanchist she became in ME2.
