If you had to have a disease/condition, what one would you choose?

The scenario is this. You must accept a needle filled to the brim with some disease/condition causing virus/bacteria/fungi/etc or get shot in the face with a shotgun. Your choice.

Most of us would probably not want to die and keep in mind that not all diseases/conditions are fatal.

Some may even be beneficial such as my example.

What would I want that needle to contain? I want to get these worms in my body:

They make you smarter, faster, stronger and you can instantly recover from any wound. Not really a disease mind you but they do leave you with a condition. Don't you just love loopholes?

So, what parasite/fungus/bacteria/virus/whatever would you want... Assuming you don't want a shotgun to the face.

On-topic, I'd pick the common cold. Sure it'd suck for a week, but you didn't say the disease/condition had to be terminal.

how about a immunity shot? you get a certain type of bacteria ect in some of them that builds up immunity to the disease. I say it counts.
