If you went back in time just before a random even (Lottery numbers, random number generator etc.)

Would it still be the same, or because it's random it'd be different?

P.S. Sorry if it's a repeat
P.S.S. Sorry about any grammar or spelling

No. If me going back in time was the only thing that changed im pretty sure the lottery numbers would be the same as every other factor would be the same

It would not be the same. Any future event is open to an infinite amount of variables, each leading to specific and unique change of occurrences.

I'm confused as to what you're exactly asking, things happen the same, even if it is a random number generator (in the case of machines it uses a specific set of inputs into an equation to generate that number) or the balls in a lotto machine will fall in the exact same way through the machine to come out unless you take an action to change it.
It was a "random" event at the time, but there is absolutely no reason for something completely different to happen one time vs another if there is no outside force.

It would depend on how the time travel in question works. If there was any kind of energy output on the receiving end, it could theoretically change some minor variable of the random event and cause a completely different result. This is assuming that the flow of time is constant and does not reoccur randomly without outside influence when experienced a second time.
