I have gum that gives me powers, but when the flavour runs out, I lost them...

One day, I was on my way to school with my ipod in. I was already extremely late because I had slept in.
Little did I know the entire town had been preparing for a solar flare that was predicted to strike my area. I had not heard the warnings for various charming reason and I couldn't hear the sirens wailing because of my ipod.
The solar flare touches down and burns everything in town, including me, I wake up in hospital a few weeks later. I slowly discover my new found light based powers over the coming days and decide to become a super hero because what the hell else can I do with them?
I am Neon, bringing light to the darkness and hope to the people.

Born among countless other entities of power in the rift between dimensions I was the one who slew every other of my kind to attain the power of them all. Now I come to the world, but do I know who I am and want to continue my rampage or do I just have no memories and great power? Will I be found by good, evil, or am I a force of destruction greater than anything known to (insert sentient race(s) here)?
I found this ring, see. and I sort of sold it to this guy, see. Who in turn gave me this bucket, see. That contained a small golden fish, see. I gave that fish to my uncle, see. He gave me a glove for it, see. Which I gave to this weird carnie who has always looked kindda strangely at me, see. He gave me this hat, see. and that's how I became the Magnificent Hatto, placing hats where none are found, to keep the heads of people warm through the ages...
I was in the toilet in the petrol station when a truck containing some chemical lost control of its breaks. Everyone clear out of the station except for me. To my surprise when I exist the toilet to see the truck heading toward the petrol. I survive the explosion while the chemical from the truck is pass onto me.
I got bored one day and began experiments in gene resequencing, cybernetic modifications, and quantum entropy tests. The result is a superhuman capable of negative entropy.
A mad multi-billionaire, I buy my way into the dictatorship of a small plot of land and start killing it's inhabitants for the sheer evilness of it. I then use it as an open invitation for any "heroes" to come and challenge me and my vast collection of weapons.
Hero/Villian: Anti-Hero
Name: Falcon/The Falcon
Powers: super acute senses, reaction speed x5 that of average human, flawless hand eye co-ordination.
Additional abilities: Martial arts master, stealth infiltration specialist, expert marksman.
Gadgets: Knives and Guns (a lot of them)
Origin: (set in near-future corporate apocalypse) Crippled special forces veteran kidnapped by PMC. Underwent several experimental drug treatments and surgeries (including cybernetic enhancements) in order to create ultimate human weapon. Experiment a success but also caused amnesia and warped moral compass, resulting in escape.

after wasting weeks on tv tropes I become... the egrigious trope man!
what do you mean it's not awesome? I would be the most dangerously genre savvy hero ever, I would probably be the cape since their stories are lighter and softer and not have a sidekick or five man band since they tend to commit heroic sacrifice.

I gained my powers by collecting 30 salt and vinegar bag's of crisps and sending away the lables on the back and recieving my certifcate of evil in the post 3 months later.
my power is the ability to automatically increase the amount of callories in crisps by 1000000 percent and to give every living person a craving to eat said crisps and make everybody die from obesity and take over the world in a good few years.
My weakness is EXERCISE
