juice your body up with gear and nano-technology in an attempt to prolong your life?

As a mult-billionaire, surely he can afford to startup a private bio-tech company solely dedicated to keeping his body juiced to the limit with whatever drugs he needs, surgery and state of the art nano-tech.

Maybe I've been playing a bit too much Deus Ex, but I see no reason for Jobs to step down as CEO. I know he's not well, but surely he can afford to tech his body out to the max and stay alive for another 50-100 years. The average dude on the street can barely afford cancer thereapy drugs in the US because of the price. But Jobs can definitely afford the best gear out there; even stuff that hasn't got FDA approval yet (heh heh .

He'd make an epic CEO if he was aug'd to the absolute brink.

You must of been playing a hell load of Deus Ex, but I would still buy the...whatchmacallits, the one that makes you land without dying, that would be the best thing to has if your falling from anywhere.

OT:

If I were Steve Job I would step down as CEO but still be the SUPA EVIL CHAIRMAN controlling the company...why the hell would I quit being a CEO!
