I'm at a bit of a gaming dilemna...

I'm wondering whether I should get an N64, or renew my WoW account.

If I renew my WoW account, I'll probably get Cataclysm, and waste more hours of my life, but WoW kind of lost the spark for me when WoTLK came out, so I'm not really sure if it'll be worth it. I mean, I honestly WANT to play WoW, but it... It just isn't fun. As much as I want it to be fun, I just can't find the spark anymore.

However, an indie game store down the road sells N64's for $40, and have Golden Eye, and probably many other games I've heard are great. However, I've never played on an N64, know next to nothing about it, except that Golden Eye is supposedly awesome.

So yeah. I need some advice on said matter.

I'd pick N64, if the experiences I had with a mates N64 taught me anything it's that there are some great games on it. And if my days with WoW taught me anything despite the fact that it's a good game I'd rather have a nintendo 64.

What about Donkey Kong 64?

not sure if Goldeneye is really that playable now if you're accustomed to modern day FPS game controls
but the N64 really does have awesome games =]

Just kidding of course. After looking up some gameplay of the games, the N64 looks like the superior choice. And I don't need internet for it either.

N64 no question. I just dusted mine off, man, and I realized: N64 GAMES ARE CRAZY GOOD. I dunno what it was, but out of the 32 or so games I have, I still love playing 29 of them. The losers were Glover, A Bug's Life, and some terrible racing thing whose name I cant recall, in case you need to know what to stay away from.

But as far as Nintendo games go, the N64 was the pinnacle of most of their now zombie-like franchises. OoT and Majora's Mask, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart, pretty much every game is a winner.

I remember a Bugs Life! I had it on my PS1, I think. Way back when I was a wee lad.
