In-game items you wish you could buy IRL

For me, Skyrim's Amulet of Mara. I think it would be incredibly nerdy to propose to someone by just walking up to them with this on xD

Obviously this is meant for practical items and not power ups or the like, but still it won't be long until someone says Mario's mushrooms or something.

I'd have to go with the Tales staple, the Sorceror's Ring. Preferably, the one from Tales of the Abyss (cheagle not included). The ability to shoot fire, destroy boulders, and fly up short distances would be very useful with various situations.
