Hello guys. This is an old rp idea I'd been working on for the past year or too, but haven't gotten to really use. So, I thought I'd try it here.
Premise
This is a co-op adventure rp set in a semi-futuristic Earth. This setting combines by real and fictional regions from various fandoms, such as Equestria or Hogwarts Academy and so on. The overall goal is to travel to different parts of the world that have been occupied by a powerful army led by a mysterious being and liberate them.
The Story
Knowing your enemy
In this rp, you will face a The Collective, which is a force made up characters from various fandom as well as original characters. They are as follows
Your Character
Considering the nature of this rp, you are free to be nearly anything or anyone you wish-within reason, be a character from a beloved tv, anime, movie, etc, to an OC that you create yourself.
However, please note:
1. DBZ characters, or DBZ-type characters are banned from this rp. It would make things too easy to go ssj5 and kamehaha everything to smithereens.
2. I'm only allowing one, I repeat, 1 time-traveler or dimension traveling character.
3. If I see any mary-sue/marty-sue characters, either make/choose another character or you ain't playing.

Rules
1. The obvious one, bad roleplaying such as metagaming, power-playing, godmodding and so on will not be tolerated. Cursing, violence and a little gore and sexuality is okay. However, anything grotesquely gorey or overtly sexual is not allowed. You want to cyber, take it to pm
2. Listen to the GM and Co-GM.
3. Keep OOC to a minimum. If you want to have a full conversation in OOC, take it to pm.
4. Try to give at least one post a day. I want to keep things moving here, so make sure everyone can at least put in one post a day to keep the action flowing. If you can't post, you may sign your character over to someone you trust during your absense.
5. Be respectful. We don't need to get childish and have a bunch of fights and crap here. Please be respectful to one another.

However, there have been several reports of people going missing all around the world, and several others being found dead. While the cause of this is unknown by the media, you have heard rumors them being connected to a group known as 'The Collective'. You also hear this group is recruiting people for a plot to take over the world.
You don't believe these rumors at first. However, you are approached by a group of suits, lead by a man referring to himself by the rank of Ace, Blademaster, Commando or Priest. This man will explain that he represents the 'collective' and they have taken great interest in your skills, be it combative or otherwise. They offer you power and privilage in the new world order they hope to establish in the near future.
For whatever reason, you refuse, and this does not bode well with them. Hence, they attempt to kill you, forcing you to defeat or escape them. However, a few days later, the nations of the United States, China, United Kingdom and Brazil are attacked and quickly conquered by a force calling itself 'The Collective'. With four of the most powerful nations taken over, the Collective's influence is quickly spreading like cancer as neighboring nations also fall to its dominion.
During the fighting, you escape to Nubia, Africa where you and several others gather to plan a counter attack. While the coming days seem perilous, you refuse to give up the world without a fight

The mysterious shadow-leader of The Collective. Until today, many have questioned whether or not he, she or it even exists. While it is unknown how The Collector managed to keep its presence and actions hidden until now. One thing is certain, The Collector intends to rule over Earth and then the rest of the universe as its god and it has many powerful people and weapons at his disposal.
The Grand Four is The Collector's four generals who also act as The Collector's governors for the regions The Collective had taken over. Each member of The Grand Four represent one of four combative skills; melee, marksmanship, mysticism and mecha.
Also known as 'The Ogre', Yujiro is widely considered the most powerful martial artist, if not the most powerful being on Earth. He has mastered many fighting arts, including-but not limited to: karate, boxing, taekwondo, judo, jujutsu, wrestling, street-fighting.
From fighting and defeating both Vietgong and US forces in Vietnam with his bare hands, to stopping an earthquake with a single punch; Yujiro's abilities far exceed what is physically possible by even some of the most deadly animals on Earth... Which he makes sport of killing with his bare hands as well.
Yujiro is in charge of the US, the Carribean and Canada and is currently making short work of Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Forget everything you thought you knew of this seemingly cute and innocent mouse. While regarded as a beloved mascot by the general public, the magic community know Mickey as possibly the most terrifying mage in existence. However, some argue, "But, Mickey Mouse is a swordsman, not a mage! He has never been seen using more than a keyblade or a gun to some lesser extents!"
These scholars often forget, that Mickey was once the apprentice of the legendary sorcerer, Yen Sid, until his untimely death by the hands of said pupil. This was the first and last time Mickey found himself needing to use magic in battle.
Under The Collector, Mickey currently heads The Collective's territories in the United Kingdom, France and Germany, and are heading for Switzerland.
Not much is known of 'The Three Armed Gunslinger'. But, what is known is that his skills as a gunslinger are unmatched and he, or better it are nigh destructible. Everytime Justice is killed, it merely needs to absorb blood and it will regenerate back to a state of perfect health.
Justice currently governs The Collective's Brazil territory and is quickly spread it to Colombia, Bolivia and Peru
The formerly known as 'Megatron', Galvatron was reconstructed by a being known as Unicron before being destroyed again by Optimus Prime. Since then, Galvatron was found by The Collector who restored him to his former power... For a price.
In robot mode, Galvatron is armed with an accelerator cannon that can fire electrochemical energy, particle beams and other types. When transformed into his Howitzer Cannon mode, his destructive power is further enhanced. Galvatron also possesses great strength and combative skill, but his sanity is extremely questionable...
Galvatron is in charge of Collective occupied China and Korea and is currently attacking Japan and Thailand.

The Collective's army is broken up into battalions of five; four common soldiers under one leader. These battalions come in four categories:
Soldiers who specilize in close quarters melee combat. These battalions have three classes;
-One of two types of common melee soldiers. Legions are heavily-armored warriors wielding giant greatswords [http://www.wiids.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/tenebra.jpg] which they can also use as cover from projectile fire. Beyond this, Legions are skilled unarmed [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MapBDWicGco&t=2m18s] combatants. However, running around in dense armor and carrying a large and heavy sword makes them somewhat slow and lacking agility.
-Shadows are much stealthier soldiers that wield a kusarigama and have blades attached to their wrists and feet. While much faster and more agile than their Legion comrades, their armor is much lighter, making them more susceptible to damage and not as physically strong.
-Highly skilled warriors that lead battalions of either four legions, four shadows, or a combination of the two and are able to use the skills of either class. Blademasters are dressed in a medium armor and are only given a single dagger as a weapon. Blademasters, as well as mastering various martial arts involving both armed and unarmed melee combat, they are also masters of alchemy. This allows them to reform or reshape their armor, weapon and even common objects as they see fit.

However, these soldiers lack defensive techniques and their lack of physical prowess or armor make them easily killed.
