Out of all the many many MANY kinds of games that are out. Some are good some are shit and some a fairly decent. But what would you class as a perfect game?

Personally id say a perfect game would be one that sit down, say to yourself "Hour on this and then watch the thing on tv iv been waiting to watch". Only to realise 6 hours later your still on it, seems like your nowhere near the end and your not arsed that you missed everything because you want to carry on with the game...
It has to be a challenge with non-repetative puzzles that actually require you to think but also contains a near enough non-stop action of bludgening, killing and gore ._. With an ending that leaves the player in a state of "OMMFG!" =O

My perfect game would probably be an RPG where you really CAN be whoever you want to be. Rather than always being the hero, but with the occasional evil sidequest or random murder (I'm thinking of Oblivion)

It takes place in 1864, Cumberland Gap, and is a brilliant satire of America's two-faced nature and how the Civil War represents that. It plays about like The Darkness and GTA with less shooting and more puzzles. It has a badass bluegrass soundtrack.

It also doesn't exist.

Anything so good it provides a huge amount of replay value, not to get a higher score or to get that last quest done just to redo the entire game again, simply because it's that enjoyable.

Yh I agree I would love a game were you could be a nice little Hero who gets the girl OR the little Bastard who kills the girl and then freezes the hero in carbonite. That would be sweet but it would have to be MMORPG (and like WoW would have to have guys that are supposed to be good on principal and vice versa) but then you could mess people up and create a hero that everyone loves then suddenly decide what the hell and slaughter and pillage your way to the opposite end of the status quo
