Infinite, Rapid Fire Grenade Launcher?

I joined a MW2 server... and people were firing the noob tube as if it were a semi-auto rifle. I saw someone get 20 rounds off without stopping. Can I ask what the hell is going on? Has IW officially dropped the ball?

EDIT: Alright peoples, THIS ISN'T SCAVENGER OR ONE MAN ARMY.

They are firing at a rate of 3/second. They aren't reloading. I have seen 20 fired before the first one hits the ground. Thanks.

Right away, he goes crazy with the Grenade launcher, then about 1:30 in, you see the AC130 big gun fire like a machine gun. Tell me if that is scavenger or one man army.

Scavenger Perk Allows you to restock any weapon. Including the Grenade Launcher attachment.

Errrm... you can hack the consoles too you know, and no matter how many grenade rounds you pick up of dead bodies you still need to reload the launcher, and this sounds exactly like a hack I came across wherein a guy with an infinite stream of grenades was launching them at about the fire rate of a semi-auto rifle.

That is unfortunately true.

I wish that, having made the multiplayer, they'd give it to Valve to balance.

In two weeks Valve would have taken the multiplayer, given it dedicated servers and modding tools, and balanced everything out before smoothing out the lag and glitches.

PS : Yes, I know I'm a complete Valve fanboy but they are the undeniable masters of balance.
