Welcome to hell...

Inquisition Battlebarge: Divine Light.
Status: Absolute Skeleton Crew
Departure from Cadia for Eye of Terror: 3 hours ago.

Lunette got on the loud speakers of the ship, broadcasting to the remenants of the ships members.
"This is Inquisitor Lunette Draco, all members i have gathered make your way to the main hall. I would like to speak to you as a group." She said before cutting the mic and walking over to Solar.
"Come on, we should get down there now." The inquisitor said to the girl. She wasn't in her armor, but a standard issue tank top and pants.

Solar didn't like to fight, but when she did she was dependable, even if she was nervous when doing something. The girl stood up and the two made their way down to the main hall. Solar took a seat in the corner of the room behind Inquisitor Lunette and Pulled her knees up to her chest, wrapping her arms around them and staring out upon the hall.

Inquisitor Lunette stood at the top of the stairs leading to the raised section of the floor. She was wating for everyone to arrive, glancing back at Solar every now and then. Her armor would remind many of a Cannoness's armor because of her previous position in the imperium. Yet it would clearly have markings of the inquisition on it.

Chapter or Order: Ordo Hereticus
Rank: Inquisitor
Weapons: Duel ended chain staff, Bolter pistol and a powersword in reserve.
Armor: Adeptus Sororitas power armor, modified to be personal for Inquisitor Lunette.
Appearance:

Colors:
Main:
Build: strong but slender, weighing in around 137 lbs.
Height: 5ft 5in.
Bio: Lunette was an orphan of the wars, her mother and father were both in the imperial guard and killed in action. She was born on terra to a family fortunate enough to be servants to a richer family. When the lord of her parents was satisfied with their service, he let them be released if the went into the imperial guard. They accepted and left their child, a baby girl with him and signed up. After a number of years of service, they were each dead. At six, Lunette was entered into the Schola Progenia as her parents wishes stated if they died.

she was a stubborn and free-willed child, often getting punished for not showing the same devotion and faith as the other children did. It took a while, but eight years later, when she was fourteen, she was finally sent to the Adepta Sororitas, the Order of the Shroud convent on Terra. She made her way up the ranks and was next in line to become the cannoness of her convent.

That is when she ran into the Inquisition. She wasn't a blind fanatic like all of her sisters. This made the Inquisitor take note of her and take her on as an acolyte. While loving her sisters, having shed blood with them against chaos forces, she was sort of happy to be free of the life she had up until then. Training to become an Inquisitor herself was hard work, but it paid off in the end when her master died and she filled his role.

About twelve years after she had become an acolyte, she took place of her master at fifty and still looked young thanks to augmentations she had implanted into herself. She quickly took up where he left off and became known as one of the meanest and fearsome inquisitors in the Imperium. She continued on, gaining reputation and respect throughout the Imperium and was assigned watch over the worlds, finding those likely to be fit for the blackships.

During this time, she would travel world to world, spening a few months searching for psykers to take on the next blackship round. During the various trips, she noted she had a nack for finding psykers, leading herself to be tested and found to be an extremely weak psyker. Over the years, she used the powers she had to track psykers down and help change her own signature within the warp to allow her to get closer to them without noticing.

Inquisitor Lunette kept this up for years, until a decade ago, she met a young girl who was a psyker and extremely strong one at that. Lunette fought hard and long, almost a year to get her and finally did, as her acolyte. She has taken time over the past 10 years to personally train the girl. Though her reputation has preceded her and the girl has been hidden from view from most of the imperium.
Non Bio info: a weak psyker, but uses her powers in such a way that she doesn't need to be strong, but she is crafty.
Name: Solara
Age:16
Gender:female
Career Path:Inquisitor
Chapter or Order:Ordo Herecticus
Rank: acolyte
Weapons: Standard bolter and a chainsword. Krak grenades as well as a combat knife strapped to her boot.
Armor: Adepta sororitas armor of similar appearance to her Master's color scheme.
Appearance:

Build: Slender but not very muscular.
Height: 5 ft 3
Bio:
Solar was an orphan on a backwater planet. She grew up on the streets as a shy girl and living off of donations. Lunette found her through tips of trackers on the plane looking for money. She spent time studying and following the girl around. Lunette found her to show none of the psyker powers reported, but a six year old who is just trying to survive. The inquisitor found her to generally be nice to everyone for no reason at all other than the sake of being good.

Intrigued, she followed the girl and found even after being beat and hurt that she showed no signs of loosing that spirit she held within herself. Only when something or someone the girl cared about was injured, id her massive psyker powers surface. Lunette decided to bring her to the ships and spent the next few days with the girl.

The girl came to like this new woman as she was nice to her and treated her as a human. Solar didn't speak much, but was polite none the less. She didn't even know her name at this time, so she just responded to Girl. The woman decided that she needed a name and thought for a minute. "Solar, you're always shining though the skies like the star in the sol system does on the emperor's world." she said. The girl smiled at the thought.

When the ships came, Lunette had a tough decision to make. Break the relationship she had with the girl, or keep her safe. The inquisitor chose the latter, and fought a long year to keep her, the girl eventually winding up as her acolyte.

Over the Decade that Lunette has had Solar, she has developed a relationship through training with the girl. Lunette has become a sort of mother figure to the girl, now sixteen. This even goes as far as Solar calling Lunette "mother". During recent years and the maturing of Solar's body, her dreams have come under attack by the powers of Chaos, causing the girl to become reclusive and even more shy than before. Being around large groups of people makes her nervous, as if someone was going to get her.
Non-Bio Info: Solar is a psyker, she's an alpha plus level and is only known about by the higher ups in the inquisition. Her existence is on a need to know basis.

Name:
Urd

Age:
27

Gender:
Female

Career Path:
Guard

Order:
Daughters of Russ

The Daughters of Russ are an all female order exclusive the planet Fenris, they serve primarily as guards to the vault containing Leman Russ's Relics in The Fang, how ever some also aid the Wolf Priests in they're duty's, claiming recruits in the priests place when several worthy subjects are known. they also work with the PDF, generally as a special forces unit.

recruitment is similar in that they seek women who are strong warriors or hunters how ever they handle they're own recruitment exclusively. the training is equally brutal, most carry the scars of training for the remainder of they're days and its not uncommon for some one to die during training.

those who survive complete they're training by drinking from a goblet, the contents of which turn the hair of the inductee white as well as augment their strength and stamina, as the liquid in the goblet being the last piece to an ancient and far obsolete genetic augmentation procedure, a ritual over seen by 'Freya', the head of the order.

it's also common for members to be multi-generational, as there is no commandment prevent anyone in the order from sexual activity, in fact, its encouraged amount the more decorated member's, with the reasoning of 'strong warriors produce strong off spring'.

Rank:
Battle Maiden (equivalent rank would basic Space Marine)

Weapons:
Power Axe, Chain sword and Bolter Pistol

Armor:

(side note: the whole of the character is based on this image, thus there was much pulling from the ass on this one)

Appearance:
outside her armor, she has white braided hair, scars on her arms legs and torso from her training and blue eyes with a scars over her right eye from a beasts claws

Build: tall, fairly large muscular build

Height: 6'10"

Bio:
Urd was born to a Daughter of Russ, one of the Valkyrie (Assault Marine) thus from a young age she was groomed to be to join the order, since just being the daughter of a member decorated or not, was no free ticket in, it was usually harder as expectations where higher for the child of a member. but Urd rose to those expectations, proving her strength loyalty and ability so that by the time she was 18 she was a fully member of the order, her mother, actually smiled that day, a rare occurrence in Urd's life.

her career was fairly lack luster how ever, opportunity's to prove her self where few and far between, she'd work along side the PDF or the local Ecclesiarchy (who are generally viewed as 'sisters' if not a bit up tight) in dealing with what ever matter that they where summoned for. then,a few weeks after her 27th birthday The Thousand Sons launched a surprise attack on The Fang, the vast Majority of the Space Wolves where gone at that time so it fell on the DoR, SoB and PDF to fend them off.

the battle was brutal, many Sisters, Daughters and PDF falling in battle. Urd and her group arrived late to the battle and dived right in, Urd cutting a path to the first Sorcerer she saw, and drove her Chain Sword into the heretics chest while her Power Axe found his skull, with the last of his life the Sorcerer caused an explosion of warp energy, Urd, was temporally stunned, but several of her sisters didn't fair as well, the lucky ones where killed instantly, the less lucky ones where corrupted and needed to be put down before she could move on.

by the time it was over and the last heretic slain, half her order lay dead, her mother also among the dead, the bad news didn't stop there, some one noticed the warp energy's not effecting her like it did the others, and was summoned by an Inquisitor who confirmed her warp resistance, Urd knew what that meant, it hurt her that her loyalty would be questioned but Volunteered regardless for what ever task the Inquisitor had to prove her loyalty to the Emperor.
Urd was in her quarters, getting dressed in some borrowed clothing, boots, pants and a tank top while a servitor took her armor to be clean and repaired when she heard the Inquisitors call over the PA system

she made her way to the main hall, and wasted no time getting there. "Battle Maiden Urd, Reporting as summoned" she said once she was in ear shot of the Inquisitor and saluting.

Urd didn't care what the mission entailed, this was purely about restoring lost honor for her, and her family and if she needed to die to do that, then she was fine with that

The halls and corridors of the Imperial Battle Barge Divine Light were quiet, dead quiet; which was understandable given that there was a skeleton crew on board, and its destination was the much feared Eye of Terror, a place where few sane men would dare to tread. This silence allowed the silver haired Psyker to meditate in peace, to focus his power for whatever suicide mission that he was apart of. His prized spear floating in mid air, psychic energy flowing around it.

Unfortunately, this peace was not meant to last.

"This is Inquisitor Lunette Draco, all members I have gathered make your way to the main hall. I would like to speak to you as a group." The female voice of the inquisitor spoke, her tone reverberating throughtout the metal corridors. This brought his concentration to a stop. Dante soon snapped out of his mediative state, and got off the bed he was using. He spoke with a sligthly annoyed tone.

"Very well Inquisitor, if you wish to speak to us, then so be it."

Dante soon gathered his weaponry, and made his way towards the designated meeting point. Upon his arrival, he could already see another, a woman from the looks of things, wearing a mixture of both leather and metal, looking as if she had a cold demeanour.

"Sanctioned Psyker Dante at your service, Inquisitor Draco." He said with a respectful bow at the end.

Name : Dante Machaiah or "The Mad Machaiah"

Age : 32

Gender : Male

Career Path : Adeptus Astra Telepathica

Chapter or Order : 13[sup]th[/sup] Arcadian Shadowhawks

Rank : Sanctioned Psyker (Delta Level)

Weapons :

Primary Weapon:

Dante's primary weapon for combat use, is a reclaimed Singing Spear from an Eldar Farseer of the Ulthwe craftworld; obtained as a trophy, but also a replacement for the original weapon that was lost in the battle with the Farseer. Nearly all the previous markings of its Eldar ownership have either been removed or destroyed. They have been replaced by Purity Seals, and the mark of the Imperial Guard has been engraved on the blade. It has been occasionally reffered to as "Machaiah's Wrath". The following engraving has been made on the spear's shaft: All enemies of the Emperor, shall become lost, and meet with death due to the powers of my mind.

Secondary Weapon:

When not wielding Machaiah's Wrath, he is equipped with a power sword (a parting gift from his superior) which has a slightly curved blade at the end to allow for quicker strikes, and a MK III 'Sunfury' Plasma Pistol.

Armour :

Wears a long coat which has been adorned with Imperial sigils to help focus his power but to also help protect his mind from possession. This is worn underneath a standard light brown Flak Vest. A belt that is underneath the coat hold his secondary weapon set.

Appearance and Build :

Dante has a long mane of silvery coloured hair, which helps stand out his pale face and dark red eyes; with which there is a scar going vertically across the right. His ears are unusually pointed ever so slightly, and the right is adorned with a single golden ring. Additional scars run up the left arm to the elbow, but these are usually covered up by the coat he wears. Regarding his build, he is tall and thin, weighing in at around 160lbs; but due to years of training, and carrying around a hefty Singing Spear, has meant he has gained a increasingly muscular body.

Height : 6'8''

Biography :

The Machaiah Family has always had some presence within the Warp; and due to the overall nature of their powers, they have best served as spies or information gatherers, rooting out sources of corruption and/or dissent within the Imperium of Man. But Dante was the first of their family in several centuries, who had the capability of becoming a Battle Psyker. So, when the Black Ship came to Arcturus to collects its annual tithe of potential Psyker recurits, Dante did so willingly, wanting freedom from the traditions of his family.

Thus began many years of harsh, and gruelling work under the guidance and tutelage of the Adeptus Astra Telepathica; where it was discovered that he was a Delta level psionic, so additional care was taken to ensure his safety. During Dante's training, his masters had found that his mind was exceptionally strong and sound; making his attacks far more precise and powerful, and nearly all of his original personality remained intact even after the binding ritual was complete. Whilst this was initially a cause for concern, it has since become one of Dante's most vaulble weapons in his arsenal.

He was made the adivsor of Lady Commisar Lord Isabelle Deveraux, commander of the 13[sup]th[/sup] Arcadian Shadowhawks; and with both his intelligence and powers, and has helped her lead the regiment to many victories, and survive many threats against Chaos and Xenos forces alike. Whilst the pair didn't see eye to eye initially, they both knew that they could trust the other.

One of Dante's more reputable exploits, was during the assault of Fortune's Divide, where Eldar of the Ulthwe Craftworld were using it as a staging ground to attack Imperial supply ships that were traversing the sector. Due to anti-air emplacements, several Valkyrie dropships were destroyed, meaning roughly a two hundred troops were lost in initial deployment; fortunately, Dante's dropship landed unharmed due to him using his Psyker powers to make it more difficult to hit. A base of operations was set up to allow for more troops to be deployed once initial attack waves were beaten back; and scouting teams were sent to find routes up to the anti-air weaponry.

The main arm of the attack force led by Commissar Deveraux, was sent to destroy the anti-air guns, so that supply ships could continue to move through the area; Dante and his retinue of Storm Troopers on the other hand, were tasked with eliminating the Farseer Minal, who was leading operations. It appeared that throughout the encounters both sides have, Farseer Minal had taken ashine to Dante, seeing him as a powerful Psyker, and an effective match for her own talents. Their final battle would take place atop the Widow mountain peaks.

When they met, their retinue's had broken off to engage in their own battle; leaving their commanders to their own business. It was a long and tough affair, each using the fullest extent of their abilities. By the end, both had become tired and Dante's weapon had been destroyed, leaving him without a weapon to defend himself. But he unleashed a last torrent of psychic energy, which had manifested itself in the form of a blade and pierced Minal's heart. In her final moments, Minal had enjoyed the battle, happy to face such a determined opponent.

As recompense for his destroyed staff, Dante claimed Minal's spear as his own; but was soon discovered by the retinue that the Farseer had traveled with, who discovered their commander's fate, was about to attack in revenge, but relented after seeing the spear. He had managed to earn the respect of the Eldar forces, and they soon withdrawed from the planet, fearing the wrath of the Psyker that killed their leader.

Due to his actions within the battle; the Inquisition requested his "assisstance" in a personal matter; but were also interested in his unusually strong mind, as whilst he had faced Chaos Sorcerers before, even ones that were considerbly more powerful than he was, there appeared to be no signs of corruption.

Despite not often showing signs of emotions, Isabelle felt sad for Dante's departure, as she considered him to be a very close friend. As a parting gift, she gave him her prized Power Sword.

Name: Arthurias Le'Nosan
Age:286
Gender: Space Marine

Career Path: Speehs Mahine
Chapter or Order: Dark Angels
Rank: Ravenwing Epistolary

Weapons: Force sword engraved with the following words along the hilt and guard, "Far may the enemies of the Emperor run into the Darkness, but all will be taken back into the Light" and a plasma pistol.

Psychic Powers:

Mind Worm
:Two uses for this power, one is during combat he hurls a ball of psychic energy at an enemy, causing a mental seizure, possibly inducing a stroke in the target. The second is during a interrogation setting, where he induces a catatonic-like state while he roots around in the victim's mind, causing them to use all of their willpower simply to keep from him their inner self, the stronger of them able to keep secrets from him.

Force Barier: Arthurius covers his body with pure psychic energy, rendering it capable of stopping all but the strongest of weapons or Daemon-forged.

Hellfire: Arthurius holsters his weapons and conjures the purest fire to burn away the enemies of the Imperium of man. And especially Fallen.

Weaken Resolve:Again another power with two uses, the first again, combat, a cone of psychic energy emanating from his open palm cause most enemies to at the least falter in their charge, at best, break them completely. When used in conjunction with Mind Worm, it makes it slightly easier to ferret out secrets in an interrogation setting.

Armor: The standard Ravenwing power armor, engraved with,"The Lost cannot outrun our Fury", a single Marksman's Honour hanging off the center of his Imperialis, and a bit of wax still on his left shoulder pad from a Purity Seal ripped away and a fresh one on his right shoulderpad.

Appearance: very rarely is Arthurias seen out of his armor or robes, his face almost always either covered or bowed down in prayer. Rarely will they see anything but his eyes, bright green surrounded by dark circles. The rest of his face is vaguely handsome, but hidden from the world behind a mask of depression, anger, and no small amount of suspicion. His head is shaved with small pricklings of hair beginning to grow once again.

Build: Massive, similar to a plasteel bunker in relation to his solidarity.
Height: 9 foot nothing, and over 300 lbs.

Bio:
Arthurias Le'Nosan was not born with that name. As most Dark Angels, he was recruited from a feudal planet the Rock was passing by. His latent psychic abilities were noticed by one of the Librarians and he was sent into training almost immediately. After passing the rites to become one of the wandering monks, he showed great resolve and a passion to hunting down the Fallen, his resistance to the powers of Chaos slightly better than the average DA Marine or Librarian. Because of this he was presented with a place in the Ravenwing specializing in capturing the Fallen and against the occasional Chaos incursion. He's in no way the strongest-willed or the best, but where he shines is his dedication to the Emperor and the Dark Angel's personal agenda. He was submitted as a candidate to the Inquisition willingly in the hopes that no Fallen are lost in the Warp or that they are discovered by any but one of their own.

In a darkened area of the ship, inside a room lit only by candles, Arthurias was prostrated before his symbol of the God-Emperor and Lion El'Jonson. Whispered prayers were uttered and promises long-kept. The Epistolary of the Dark Angels rose to his towering height, and dropped the robe he was wearing to the floor and dressed in his battle armor. Force sword he sheathed at his right, plasma pistol, gifted from Ezekiel himself, at his left. Centuries of battle, and still he reverted to his original training. Over his armor, he put on the robes of an Epistolary, the Order of Battle-Librarians. Where others fought their small skirmishes and week-long battles, he was one of the ones trained to fight wars, from both the front lines and the dark recesses of the Rock, extracting the truth from a Fallen's lies. His Ravenwing training giving him reserves of energy beyond the average Space Marine, and here he was, volunteering to head into the Eye of Terror, charged with the duty of keeping the Fallen a secret from the rest of the Imperium.

He strode out, his hood up and face in shadows, head bowed and hands clasped together, still whispering prayers to the Imperium. Chaos would not win out in their battle against his brothers. He would refuse it victory to the end, and no Fallen would escape his notice, none would know of the Dark Angels personal failure.

Entered the hall and took up residence in front of their taskmistress, still in the same pose. He was alone here, and would die with this band should it come to it. His brothers and their honor infinitely more important than any ten lives aboard this vessel.

Name: Sister Leoni Vandemar

Age: 29

Gender: Female

Career Path: Sister of Battle

Chapter or Order: Order of the Sacred Rose

Rank: Retributor

Weapons: Red Heavy Flamer, Red Melta grenades with the litanies of the Adepta Sororitas inscribed into each and every one of them, and a Red Dagger with its sheath on her hip.

Armor: White Sororitas power armour, and Sabbat pattern Sororitas helm.

Appearance: Her obsidian black hair, and sky-blue eyes are the most distinguishing features on her face besides her height or her strength. Her strong, square jawline and sharp cheeks are also an indication of the strict regiment of the Sisters of Battle. There isn't as single ounce of fat on her body and she wears her hair like the regulation bob cut that all Adepta Sororitas are known to be seen in. Due to her Order, there are multiple prayer seals on her armor and two on her heavy flamer.

Build: Muscular

Height:6'4

Bio: Leoni's story starts in the orphanage run by the Schola Progenium after her father was killed in a space battle against the forces of Chaos. With her mother dead from giving birth to her, and her father dead, Leoni had no choice. Quickly Leoni turned into an effective Battle Sister and religious fanatic along with all her other Battle Sisters. Leoni followed the word of the Emperor in and out of the battle becoming more fanatic than human in due process. She accepted the Emperor as her sole father and the Abbess of the Adepta Sororitas as her mother, nearly forgetting about her original family. It wasn't until Jekyyl V that her family line didn't end with her.

A heretic "insurrection" had overrun the Imperial colony on Jekyyl V and the forces of chaos were suspected of being behind the mess. A Mission of Battle Sisters and Inquisitors were sent to investigate and a warp storm erupted upon entry of the planet. The storm isolated the system for a good month but it was a month that Leoni would never forget. The cruiser she was in crashed on the planet and the small contingent had to fend off the forces of Nurgle or better yet hordes of plague zombies. Leoni, a handful of surviving Battle Sisters, a few inquisitors, and the last able-bodied crew members held off the shambling undead in a monastery until Imperial reinforcements arrived a month later. Even then, a counter attack was needed to fully exterminate all traces of Nurgle. An exterminatus was out of the question so fighting was the only solution. Leoni's fury didn't relent until the entire was cleansed and she followed it through. The extensive campaign brought an end to Nurgle's influence there but something else was revealed in her stay on Jekyyl V. One of the inquisitors revealed himself to be her uncle and he noted her resistance to the touch of the warp. The only reason he didn't reveal his relation to her earlier was because of the separation he had with her father. The uncle didn't even know he had a niece until their "stay" on Jekyyl V.

Because of her uncle's word, Leoni's resilience was known in the Inquisition's records. Sadly, her uncle died from the wounds sustained in the month-long siege and Leoni continued her service to the Sisters until an inquisitor requested her presence. She accepted.

The red metal of her heavy flamer was the only thing that her eyes were focused on as cleaned her weapon with a holy devotion. Each part of the weapon was as sacred as the next and maintaining the machine of war was another form of meditation for her and many of her sisters. The moment was dominated by a haunting silence, where Leoni barely breathed as she recited the litanies of the heavy flamer to appease the machine gods, until the klaxons brought her back to the reason of her stay. Assembling the weapon, she placed it near her bunk and went forward to the meeting. She was silent and intent on hearing her new orders from an ex-cannoness of all people. She held no honor higher than that of a cannoness besides the God-Emperor himself. Her metal boots stepped through the halls and eventually arrived at the destination where a number of other people were present as well.

"Sister Leoni at your service." She said as she bowed to the inquisitor, showing respect for both positions that the woman held at one point or the other.

Name: Fredrick Arnhem

Age: 35

Gender: Male

Career Path: Imperial Guardsmen

Chapter or Order: 113th Krieg Infantry Regiment, 6th Company, 3rd Platoon, "Krieg Rifles Squad"

Rank: Guardsmen/Imperial Guard Sniper

Weapons: Fredrick doesn't operate without "Carla". It's a matte black Long-las rifle that uses "Hot Shot" charge packs that can take an opponent's head off with a good blast. Carla also has numerous tally marks all over its side. A laspistol, and a black combat knife with spiked knuckles are also in his arsenal.

Armor: Black flak Armour, hardened, black overcoat, and his trademark Gas mask that has a skull emblem between his eyes and the lenses can zoom in by his control. His Gas mask can attach to his spiked helmet but her rarely has them attached for convenience and the nature of his job.

Appearance: Out of his gas mask and uniform Frederick is small compared to his many comrades on Krieg. His limbs are small, his posture is nearly concave, and his eyes nearly bulge out of his head. He has a large nose and small lips. His shaggy hair is almost reaching his neck where the tattoo of his Regiment insignia is inscribed.

Build: Fit but lanky with somewhat defined features.

Height: 5'9

Bio: Krieg has a special place in the Imperium's history. Fredrick's fathers and grandfathers were among the traitors that led the disastrous rebellion that resulted in the planet's atomic destruction. Because of such shame and dishonor Fredrick's choice to be in the Imperial Guard was not that of an escape but a redemption of his family's name. In the trenches, Frederick had proved himself as an expert marksmen as he didn't miss a shot nor did he waste his charges on simple grunts unless he absolutely needed to. His superiors caught sight of his skill on Karlon where he was caught in a viscous "WAAGH". He fired 25 of his 25 shots into the skulls of the oncoming ork attack then proceeded to do so again and again and again. At the end of the battle he was inducted into the newly formed "Krieg rifles" as a sniper.

This small unit racked up dozens of kills on both grunts and officers alike with Fredrick leading. The only thing these marksmen cared for was redeeming their honor whether it was going on dangerous missions, assassinating protected enemy leaders, or demoralizing the enemy. Because of the nature of their training and the environment they fight in, these snipers can operate in the harshest of ravaged battlefields.

On Vera IV, Fredrick and his spotter halted a Chaos advance led by the infamous Thousand Sons in time for Imperial forces to fortify their position. He managed to kill a Chaos sorcerer but the sorcerer corrupted the mind of his spotter so Fredrick had to kill him as well. Frederick and his resilience to the hands of the chaos was noted upon his return and a few days later he was contacted by an inquisitor. He left without question thinking this may be the chance to truly redeem some lost honor.

"This is Inquisitor Lunette Draco, all members i have gathered make your way to the main hall. I would like to speak to you as a group."

Fredrick swore to himself as the loud voice awoke him from his short slumber. Sleeping inside a spaceship was much more difficult than sleeping on a planet mostly because of the lack of sun, and his internal body clock wrecking havoc on his sleep patterns. Fredrick cherished sleep equally if not more than Carla and waking up to the sounds of a voice wishing for him to go a meeting doesn't translate well to his grogginess.

He fitted into his overcoat and pants before walking the near silent halls of the Divine Light. Fredrick found it good that there weren't any die-hard commissars breathing down his neck or awakening him with a swift kick to the stomach. He was sure that he caught sight of one of them but it was only a glimpse and he hadn't seen one of them just yet so he was in the clear for now.

Fredrick Arnhem arrived in the large hall to see several other people that had arrived as well . They ranged from 6 feet tall super soldiers to a tech priest and a pysker. He never was comfortable around those men and he will remain so for the rest of his life. Bending one's mind to another's will never sounded right in his ear so he made sure to keep his distance. Fredrick stayed in the back of the large group, able to be seen by the Inquisitor but not close enough for her to be in his face about regulations and what not.

length pony tail. He has a scar on the left side of his face starting at his lower jaw
running up over his temple and along the side of his head. He often wears under stated clothing when at rest, or if he is not trying to intimidate. He carries his Liber Heresius wherever he goes.

mentor in raids on heretical cultists requires he keep himself at least as fit as the
regular guardsman.

He excels at "Interrogating" prisoners. He is very religious. That being said he understands why the need for radical Inquisitors. He does not like anything to do with warpcraft or Heresy. He does understand the usefulness of fighting fire with fire so to say.

Bio: He was the son of a Planetary governor. To symbolize their loyalty his family sends at
least one child every generation to a Schola Progenium. He was chosen because he was a
black sheep of the family. His father thought he would embarrass the family or draw
unwanted attention from parts of the Imperium.

He was a commissar cadet when Inquisitor Carlow Launched a raid on heretical cult on a planet nearby he was deployed along with a platoon of Schola Stormtrooper trainees as a training exorcise. At the end of the assault he and the platton he was attached to were at Carlow's side during the charge of the inner sanctum of the sorceror that was leading the cult.

Carlow saw his unflinching loyalty and bravery in the face of Psychic attacks. That was what inspired the inquisitor to take a closer look into his history. Lodrig is a faithful man. He had a penchant for getting into trouble. Enemies of his family would try to blackmail them using this knowledge, but seemed to always someone get out of it. Often he would turn it back onto the blackmailer.

Carlow saw potential in this and decided to take him as a novitiate. He has worked his way up to his chief Interrogator. So when Carlow heard of a fellow inquisitor gathering key persons for something he was too busy rooting out a heretical cultist cell upon Lodrig's homeworld. So he decided this would be a great test for Lodrig's abilities, and sent him to aid the Inquisitor in anyway he can.

Lodrig was in the middle of studying the Liber Heresius that His mentor Inquisitor Carlow had given him when he joined his retinue. He heard Inquisitor Draco's voice over the loud speakers, and sighed. He was anxious to continue his studies so that he may be more prepared to face heretics when the time came.

He left his room dressed in simple grey clothing, and grabbed his greatcoat as he left his room. He entered the hall his eyes lingering on the Astartes. He had never seen one before. He then looked around to see who else was here. When he saw the Techpriest he suppressed a shudder. He respected them for they served a great purpose for the Imperium, but he still was disturbed by their lack of humanity. He then waited to hear what the Inquisitor was going to say.

"This is Inquisitor Lunette Draco, all members I have gathered make your way to the main hall. I would like to speak to you as a group."

"By the Emperor what I wouldn't give for even four hours to sleep." Lith muttered as the Inquisitor spoke. Walking the halls of the 'Barge, the sequence that brought her here replayed through her mind. Five hours ago she was engaged in a fire fight with the latest bunch of heretics to befoul her home world with their presence when she got a vox from command. An hour later she found herself on board a Valkyrie, tearing across Cadian skies towards a rendezvous point, still wondering what was going on.

Upon landing at what turned out to be a small field she was shocked, and more than a little apprehensive, when she saw an Inquisitorial Thunderhawk there as well. Stepping out of the Valk, Lith was met by the Co-pilot. "You must be Sgt. Ortona" He said. "C'mon we're running tight on time." She was then hurried aboard the ship, and was once again tearing across the skies, although now they were also climbing rapidly.

Standing between the flight crew and looking out the cockpit windows, Lith eventually say their destination...an Inquisitor Battlebarge. Well shit...what the fuck you they want with me? She thought to herself. Finding no answers, she waited quietly until the 'Hawk landed in one of the ships massive hangars. "Last stop, everybody off!" The pilot said, as the transport set down. "Yeah...thanks." Lith muttered in reply.

Now, after being on the go for what seemed like an eternity, she found herself at the entrance to the Main Hall...and very aware of the state she was in. Her armour was dirty and gouged, she had deep rings under her eyes form a lack of sleep, and she probably stunk something fierce. Well here we go...

Stepping into the room, she marched across and stopping in front of Inquisitor Draco, snapped to attention with a salute. "Sergeant Lithian Samius Ortona, Cadian 112th Shock Troop reporting ma'am."

Name: Lithian 'Lith' Samius Ortona

Age: 30

Gender: Female

Career Path: Imperial Guard

Chapter or Order: Cadian 112th Shock Troops Regiment, 4th Company, 6th Platoon

Rank: Sergeant

Weapons: M36 Kantrael pattern Lasgun, M40 Kantrael pattern Laspistol, Mk. X Chainsword (Pistol and chainsword formerly belonged to the company commissar [Deceased]. Both weapons are marked with the following inscription: I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. )

The weapons, while showing signs of heavy use, are well cared for.
Armour: Standard Cadian pattern Flak Armour with a tri-dome helmet and Mark XI re-breather. The words 'Kill The Heretic' are scratched into the side of the helmet. Lith has added a custom bracket over the right shoulder of the Flak armour for hanging the chainsword.

Appearance: Like all Guardsmen Lith bears the story of her service on her slender and athletic body, with every scar and mark. Her attractive oval shaped face is framed by rich brown hair, which is starting to be flecked with silver, and kept short for practical reasons. Calm grey eyes, flecked with violet survey the world around her. Her most prominent scar is on her left cheek, running from the left side of her mouth to her left ear, giving her a permanent smirk.

Build: Slender and athletic, weighs 150 lbs

Height: 5'8"

Bio: Like all Cadian children, Lith was born into combat, developing a tough and pragmatic view of life from an early age. During her first combat outing as a Whiteshield, she distinguished herself in the eyes of her superiors by barely even flinching after shrapnel from a heretic bolter shot tore her cheek open. After the attack was repulsed and she finally consented to see a medic, her Lieutenant asked why she didn't fall back from the firing line for at least a temporary bandage, Lith simply replied. "Go no need to go see the Doc 'bout every nick and scrape sir."

Her career has been pretty routine for a Guardsman, as her regiment is moved around as needed, putting down heritics and xenos alike, and generally doing what they can to insure humanity's continued survival. More recently her company was deployed to the uninhabited world of Mustafar IV, to investigate possible Chaos activity. Only hours after they'd finished establishing their firebase a Warp Storm erupted cutting the Fourth off from any back up. As the storm sprang up, an assault from several hidden bunkers was launched on the firebase by a force of Khorneate Traitor Guard. After a week and a half the storm dissipated suddenly, taking the remaining traitors and daemons with it.

Quickly the rest of the 112th landed to see if they could find out what happened, and check for survivors; upon reaching the firebase, they found it littered with the bodies of daemons, traitors and Guardsmen alike, but no signs of life. Regimental command figured that the 4th had been destroyed, and was preparing to pull out, when they received a vox challenge using the company's ident code. After giving the reply, the survivors extracted themselves from their hidden bunker, revealing to command that half a platoon's worth of troops was all that was left of a full company, with Sgt. Ortona as the most senior member.

Almost as soon as the 4th lost contact with HQ, their position [Firebase Alpha] came under heavy lasgun fire, while waves of Traitor Guard and Bloodletters assaulted the barricades. The 4th pushed back wave after wave of foes, but day by day their numbers fell. By the eighth day; lacking the number to hold the walls the last surviving lieutenant ordered them to fall back to secondary position, buying the survivors time by overcharging several heretic lasguns and using them to blow holes in the attacking waves, at the cost of his own life.

At the lieutenant's death Commissar Jarek assumed command, and lead a charge to break the attack; as the attack broke he was run through by a Bloodletter, killing him instantly. Lith, who was only paces away, expended her last shot into the daemon's head and up the commissar's weapons, killing another daemon and several heretics in the process. Leading the remnants of the 4th back to their secondary line, she rallied them a couple of more times before the storm broke, taking the remaining daemons and traitors with it.

Of the 200 men and women that landed on Mustafar IV, only 15 survived until the rest of the 112th landed. Further psyker screening of the survivors revealed that 13 of them showed signs of the taint of Chaos, leading to their summary executions. That left Lith and a young private as the sole survivors of the Mustafar IV sweep.

[Unable to cope withthe horrors he'd witnessed, the private took his owns life two days later]

Whistling to himself Adam continued to take inventory of all the cleaning supplies in the supply closet.

"Bleach...." He said as his eyes ran over each item on the shelf till he spotted it, "Check! I'm almost done! Can't wait to get back to that book I was reading about disappearing spacecraft. How exciting." He scratched his pencil against his head. "I wonder why we didn't take much of the crew? I'd be a bit worried about being overloaded with work since it's only me now, but there didn't seem to be many people left at all for this trip" Adam shrugged.

Just then Adam had the strange sense he was being watched and turned around to see a servo skull
floating behind him. Startled Adam jumped back, throwing his paper and pencil in the air as he bumped into the shelves knocking several supplies all over the place. "Sneaky Sewer Rat! I've told you a hundred times don't sneak up on me like that!" He said scolding the servo-skull as if it understood his emotional tone. "Grah! Go dust something off bonehead." He shooed the servo away with a wave of his hand looking over his shoulder at the mess he'd made.

That's when he heard the intercom...

"This is Inquisitor Lunette Draco, all members I have gathered make your way to the main hall. I would like to speak to you as a group."

Never in Adam's wildest dreams would he ever think Inquisitor Lunette would be talking to him and as such he continued to keep working looking forward to winding his day down with a good meal and a good book.

Skype: Yes
I'll give it out when I need to ;p

Name: Adam Diringer
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Career Path: Hive City Necromundia: Level 1305, Section 32-A Cleaning Technitian
Manager
Chapter Order: Civilian
Rank: What?
Weapons: Whatever is given to him
Armor: Whatever is given to him
Appearance: Adam is a fairly in shape slightly malnoursihed looking male. Pale skin
(lack of sun will do that to you) Brown frazzled hair that he refers to as being "free"
soft green eyes, clean cut, slightly athletic build, standing at about 6 feet.
Bio:

Oh man living in a hive city since birth is so awesome! Who wouldn't be jealous
overcrowding, working 12+ hours a day since you were 10 or having the Same meal every
day until... until Forever! Horay!

Adam a city Hive dweller. There is absolutaly nothing extrodinary to him.
While he was growing up he did several different jobs through the city. Processing
waste, preparing food, boxing up supplies. Every couple of years Someone a lot higher
on the food change would decide to arbitraily move him around.

Adam being of a rather quick wit and well read to boot, finally fixed this problem.
With a lot of reading up and drudging through those awful awful hive city doctrines,
an ass load of ass kissing, and maybe a few underhanded tactics he wound up in charge
of a small band of janitors responsible for cleaning up for a certain block of
unimportant boarding houses. You must understand this is a pretty cush job and being
in charge of anyone would bestow a certain amount of pride in any lowly hive dweller.

All that changed though when one day some damn cultist decided they wanted to go chaos
on everyone's asses. It was good old grandfather Nurgle who unleashed the plague apon
the Hive City. As you could immagine a plaugue... warp induced magical plague at that
is quite super effective against a city. It was a simple plague that caused the bodies
to rot away, well mostly. When the inflicted died they'd release a swarm of flies that
then infect more people, and on the cycle went. That might not even be the worst part.
After being rescently expired the dead would come alive again and actively kill anything
they could get there hands on.

Now Adam is smarter than your average hive rat. Well, he's actaully a god damn genius
if he really had any concept of what that was. Any sort of education system is nonexistant in
those hell holes. The only thing matched by Adams quick with and intellegence is his
survival instincts, or maybe its just some sort of insane luck who really knows.
Some how on sheer instincts Adam decided the only way out was up. No one really knows how
Adam got into the higher sections of the hive city or even how he knew who the VIPs were or
even how he new to stay close to them in such a crisis to increase his chances of surviable
but he did. As it turned out he did get picked up with a bunch of scientists (he thinks) and
was quickly quarintied. As it turns out out of everyone Adam was the only one not infected.
Not by anything he did, somehow he possessed some sort of immunity to the disease. They had all the victims paired off in rooms. Atticus managed to kill his zombified roomate (his name was fred) with a broken off peice of his bedpost and a fork he used for eating.

They probably would of killed him too if it wasn't for the Inquisitor. So he went from one laboratory to another. Eventually the Inquisitor deemed him free of infection and Adam was allowed be free again. But he wasn't truly free, he had to stay with the Inquisitor to be studied. All in all though being in charge of a cleaning crew for an Inquisitors ship is a dream come true. At least you don't eat meat sponge everyday.

Adam at his core is a survior. He isn't nessacarily a coward but always looks at things logically. He's incredibly quick witted and loves to read. He uses his sense of humor as a mask to get him through all of the horrible things he's seen and will never addmit how much it truely eats away at him from the inside.

Lunette frowned. Not everyone had listened to her, this was going to be somewhat of an issue. "Looks like everyone whos gathered in here is here. Going to have to make an example " She mumbled to herself.
Lunette took a step forward and addressed everyone. "Fellow sisters, Brothers, Members of the imperium, I'm going to be blunt. I fully expect each one of us to die. If we make it out of our destination alive, then you may return to what you were doing at the time i took you." Lunette said then closed her eyes for a minute and breathed steadily.

"What our mission details has given us allot of freedom, but we're restricted all the same. For those of you i haven't told for various reasons; we'll be venturing straight into the eye of terror. You each are resistant to the warp in one way or another, therefore are the most qualified to fight the creatures we may face. Now if you must ask me, I never defy my superior's, even if i believe they are sending myself as well all of you to our deaths for the good of the imperium." She explained.

"If you have any questions before we embark into Chaos, ask them now." She said, folding her arms.

Solar raised her head a bit from the corner she was sitting in to view everyone. The girl had never seen so many different parts of the Imperium in one place. Her head had just peeked into view for the rest of the group.

Fredrick raised his hand, still leaning on a wall behind everybody else.

"Guardsmen Fredrick Arnhem. How long is our journey, inquisitor?" He asked. Fredrick was anxious about this whole endeavor and he slightly questioned the inquisitor's intentions. If they really needed a group resistant to the warp why couldn't they contact the countless space marines combating the touches of the warp let alone this rag tag group of people. He kept that to himself, not wanting to anger or get executed on the spot by one of the seven foot tall zealots around him.

------------------------------------------------------------

Sister Leoni nodded to the inquisitor's words and looked forward to the task ahead. She thanked the Emperor in her mind for giving this group the greatest of opportunities to go forth and battle the evil of the warp. She couldn't have asked for a better chance to do so even as apprehensive as she was going into the warp, the thought of bathing the foul demons in the cleansing flame rang true in her ears. It reminded her of her stand on Jekyyl V where the legions of the undead met her righteous fire only to be turned to ash. Leoni thought of her feelings then and imagined it being multiplied by the fact that they were facing the true daemons in the warp rather than their earthly illusions.

"I will not fail you, Uncle..." Leoni whispered, thanking her deceased Uncle for getting into contact with the inquisition network and allowing her to take part on this quest. It was because of him that she was here in the first place so Leoni thought it would be fitting to thank him second and remember his sacrifices to give her this.

"Guardsmen Fredrick Arnhem. How long is our journey, inquisitor?"

"Our journey will be as long as it needs to be, Guardsman,"Arthurius said, head still bowed and gauntleted hands clasped in front of himself,"We venture into the Warp, the purest form of Chaos in the universe, there is no telling how long we will be gone, it may be as short as a month, or long enough so that when we return the Emperor and the Imperium of Man have long been nothing more than legend within myths."

He turned to the small woman before him, and asked his question,"Where do we plan to go within the Eye, Inquisitor? Your will is the will of the Emperor, therefore it is mine as well."

Lith looked about for the first time, and started to see her new companions. Wow...I'm out of it, how did I miss them when I came in? Shaking her head, she rubbed her eyes in a vain attempt to clear her thoughts. Well let?s see...we?ve got a Tech Priest, a psyker, both a Sororitas and an Astartes, another Guardsman,...and a child?

...I'm going to be blunt. I fully expect each one of us to die...

Rising out of her thoughts, Lith just caught what the Inquisitor was saying, and laughed out loud. "Well ma'am, didn't you know? Guardsman are already dead, we're just too slow to realize it. Though one question I do have...what's with the kid?" She said, motioning to Solar. "I'll attack the Ruinous Powers in my skivvies with a stick if I have to...but I'm no babysitter."

"I have a question Inquisitor." Lodrig said as he stepped forward. "What is our goal in the eye, and will our "strike force" have any support?" Lodrig didn't much relish the idea of walking into the Eye of Terror without any sort of support. If he was leading this expedition he would at least have a Guard regiment on standby if it were up to him.

Name: Kelvistine Ferosis
Age: 41
Gender: Female
Career Path: Commissariat
Chapter or Order: Valhallan 701st Infantry "Ice Wraiths". On liaison with Inquisition.
Rank: Commissar

Weapons: Chainsword, Bolt Pistol.

Armor: A golden breastplate with the Aquila engraved across the breast. She also wears shin guards that bear spikes on the knee guard portion of the armor. This is the actual armor she wears over her Commissarial clothing, which offers very little protection otherwise.

Appearance: Fair colored hair, the length braided into a ponytail that is just longer than the collar of her greatcoat, light green eyes. Rather rounded face giving her a seemingly cute appearance despite the fierce image a Commissar is supposed to impose, once shes shouting and swinging around that chainsword, lets just say message sent. Her other 'bodily' features are hidden from sight by the large greatcoat of the Commissariat and battle armor. The high peaked cap, undercoat, black pants and combat boots. These are all adorned with the finery one would expect. Her chainsword hangs off on the left side of an elegant belt with the bolt pistol and holster on the right. The last item is the red sash wrapped around her waist, a symbol of the power she's been given.

Build: Not thin like some aristocratic heiress, rather strongly build with good proportions.

Height: Five foot eleven inches.

Bio: "Never in all the years I've been a full fledge Commissar have I seen such a fine act of cowardice" - Kelvistine Ferosis words when executing the ranking PDF officer for fleeing the battle when the chips were down.

Kelvistine was born on the backwater world of Viridia. Her father was a member of the PDF and was inducted into the Imperial Guard for the planets tithes of guardsmen and was KIA. Her mother passed away when she was young and she was brought in to the Schola Progenium. Throughout her schooling she showed absolute devotion to the Emperor, preformed above average in schooling and combat training. Her skill and zeal had taken notice and when ready she was sent to join a Commissar Cadet squadron with the Valhallan 425th Light Infantry.

She and 7 other cadets were under the eye of Commissar Desmond Luth. A sensible man who'd seek victory without wasting soldiers, retreat was never an option though. Fall back tactics were if the order was given. Commissar Luth instilled his skills and beliefs into them. Many who would become Commissars followed the text book examples. Victory at all cost. Kelvistine was not blinded by what they were supposed to be, she sometimes took to her own devices to do what she felt be done to achieve victory. Sometimes she was praised and others reprimanded for jeprodisring the line by leading a charge or her fellow cadets tossing the blame on her. The vast majority of the Commissariat would of executed her on the spot for these infractions. But Luth from personal experience knew that an inflexible soldier was always the first to break, and one that can move to the changing tides of battle and perhaps she could even read them, would go on to greater things. So he never did because he knew she'd grow to be an excellent and inspirational leader.

3 years under Commissar Luth's tutelage on the front line of many campaigns (Mostly fighting Orks and on rarer occasions chaotic forces) he felt her ready to advance to a full Commissar. Being the first of her cadet squad to achieve the honor. The inauguration ceremony was nothing of particular note, other than that it was short. She was given her chainsword and bolt pistol every Commissar is given at the beginning of their career. Along with a freshly tailored to size Commissarial uniform.

Now Commissar Kelvistine Ferosis was of status, she was to undertake her first posting. Thankfully Luth had paved the start of her path so she was posted to a rather new Valhallan regiment, the Valhallan 701st Infantry "Ice Wraiths". Her first months to the regiment faired very poorly. The troopers shunned her. (Though not to odd for a non Valhallan to be so but it seemed worse that her initial time in a Valhallan regiment). The officers were reluctant to take advice but tended to do so under the gaze of a fresh fiery Commissar. Kel worked for months and into the years to build up the relationship with the regiment. She always took the most dangerous roles that needed to be undertaken. Always sought for the care and well being of the troops. She needed them to like her, trust and follow without hesitation. Kel knew so long as she had the troopers on the good side she wouldn't get shot or suffer a worse fate. So through these acts of bravery, care and attention along with others she had her troopers and officers on her side. Through the many years served with the 701st she'd formed a friendship with the commanding officers, Colonel Terith and Captain Aerrli. And afew with some of the troopers. These were somewhat harder to maintain, but she managed.

For an unknown reason, a member of the Inquisition has requested (An order when the Inquisition requests something) her aid. Kelvistine is loath to leave the regiment she's been able to call home for many a year now, and the few friends she's been able to make. This can't be ignored though. She vowed to come back to her beloved 701st, and come Chaos or high heresy will anything stand in the way of that vow.

Commissar Ferosis kept a hurried pace. He boots clanking against the metal floor way could be heard for and wide. The captain of this ship had given her a personal invitation to join him on the bridge. The reason for which she had not taken into account, assuming that it was just a friendly gesture to the Commissariat. Duty had called her away from the bridge, the Inquisitor she was liaisoning with had requested her presence along with the others she had gathered.

The distance between the bridge and the main hall were a distance. It took her a considerable amount of time to reach it and surely she was late in comparison with the others. The final doorway between her and the hall were merely meters away. She stopped to adjust her cap, greatcoat and chain-sword. Presentation was half the battle.

Commissar Ferosis entered the great hall. Sights immediately trained on her, but she kept composure. The group was a fair ways in and the walk took time. The proper stance and greeting was given to the Inquisitor. "Inquisitor Draco I apologize for my late arrival. The captain's invitation to the bridge put me far out of hand but I gave all speed to arrive as swiftly as I could".

Urd was silent for a moment, pondering the Inquisitors words "i see, that is to be our trial then?" she said thinking on the dishonor her warp resistance had visited on her, till she heard the guardsmen say "I'll attack the Ruinous Powers in my skivvies with a stick if I have to" and couldn't help but laugh a little.

"well said" Urd said with a smile, "when do we leave? there is glorious battle to be had! honor to be reclaimed! evil to be purged!"

"Guardsmen Fredrick Arnhem. How long is our journey, Inquisitor?"

"The Epistolary is correct Guardsman, this mission, which sounds more like suicide, will take however long it needs be to unsure our task is accomplished. But regardless, time in comparison to the Eye of Terror, is but grains of sand. Its path is easily malleable, and can be washed away with but a glance." Dante remarked, as his mind detected a strong psychic presence within this room, one far stronger than his own.

"I'll attack the Ruinous Powers in my skivvies with a stick if I have to...but I'm no babysitter." The shock trooper shouted out, obviously displeased at the notion of such a of looking after a young one. Dante however, then spoke with a little more care and consideration.

"I would not doubt the young lady's abilities in combat so early Cadian; after all, there is a strong presence within her, one that makes mine pale in comparison." Dante said in an attempt of self mockery, he then looked towards the young girl who resided herself to a corner of the room, her arms wrapped around her knees, her head only just visible, and wearing off duty clothing.

"Although, I am curious to learn the young lady's name, if I am allowed to that is." He asked in a polite voice.

Fredrick raised his hand, still leaning on a wall behind everybody else. "Guardsmen Fredrick Arnhem. How long is our journey, inquisitor?"

"Our journey will be as long as it needs to be, Guardsman,"Arthurius said "Where do we plan to go within the Eye, Inquisitor? Your will is the will of the Emperor, therefore it is mine as well."
"Listen to the Space marine, our passage of time shall be skewed beyond recognition." Lunette said before turning her attention to the Space marine. "As to your question, we have freedom of where to go. We must visit worlds lost within warp an check their status. This means Venturing onto Daemon worlds. As to where we go specifically, it is up for grabs. We shall go wherever the warp throws us."

"What is our goal in the eye, and will our "strike force" have any support?"
"We bring whatever faith we have and the weapons in our hands. The armor defending us an our sanity. Those are our weapons and support, our defense as well."

"I'll attack the Ruinous Powers in my skivvies with a stick if I have to...but I'm no babysitter."
"She is no baby, the psyker speaks right. Her powers are usually suppressed when her emotions are under her control. Unless any of you desire to know what class psyker Solar is, i shall let her make the choice to tell you." Lunette explained.

She then looked back at the girl and of all things smiled, her entire demeanor changing and seemingly becoming a new person. "Come on Solar, its fine. Please show yourself to everyone." The inquisitor said softly.

Solar nodded an stood up. She shyly made her way forward and looked out over the gathered members. "I-I'm Solar..." She said weakly.

"Solar here is to assume command of this mission if anything were to kill me. Is that understood?" Inquisitor Lunette said.

As Solar introduced herself, Lith did her best to keep a straight face. She looks like she's barely old enough to be a Whiteshield, terrified of her own shadow...and she's our 2IC? Well far be it from me to question an Inquisitor. Putting that aside she spied the newly arrived Commissar, and smiled a bit. Maybe she could answer a question that had been bugging Lith for a while.

Her lasgun slung over her shoulder, and rattling against the chainsword on her back, she slid over and stood beside Commissar Ferosis. "Pardon the intrusion ma'am, but I have a quick question that I hope you may be able to answer." Pulling the Commissariat laspistol from her belt, Lith showed her the inscription. "I was hoping you could tell me where this saying is from...I don't recognize it."

I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.

Anthony didn't like how he was sent here, and he thought even worse of this mission...
Daemon world's? What did I do to deserve this? I serve faithfully and am sent into hell, they have entire worlds dedicated to troop production and they send me...
He shifted uncomfortably as his batteries spiked for a moment...
They could have sent me to the war academy and I would have been prepared...
His legs spasmed slightly as a small amount of energy was discharged into the floor harmlessly.
If they had atleast kept the entire staff... no matter, I should try to make a good impression with the second incase the master doesn't survive.
He approached the young girl and placed his hand out to shake "Hello."
