Okay well i've been gunning my way through Black Op's of late and I recieved a message off some random person that i apparently played in my several matches last night. Now I on occasion do camp (I never sit in a corner, but i will run around a house for a fair bit, never the entire match). Anyway whether you think this is wrong is irrelevent, Here is the message I recieved:

"Why are you such a camping pussy, answer that please. You just sit behind stuff because your a fucking pussy, you pussy ass *****" (The guy used the head-set wasn't typed)

Now it's not the worst i've recieved but i sent a message back, I simply recorded 'Get down on it' and sent it, didn't even talk.

I got another message though!

"Yeah exactly you pussy piece of shit, thats why your gonna ammount to nothing, fucking ******"

Now my response is pretty obvious at this point...
Either:

*"I'm afraid I have a question for you..." cue 'where is the love?'
or
*"I thought everyone had heard?" cue 'Surfin bird'

NOW MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THIS:

What is the greatest reply you've ever sent to an insult? Try making it XboxLive but i shall accept any...

Does a grenade count?

I do remember someone who started mouthing off on a server, but I'm not witty enough to come up with a quick and clever reply. He was simply kicked out.

I usualy just ignore them for being the moron that they are, but if I'm in an open chat with some of my friends I'll quote Jeff Dunham sometimes.

"300.000 sperm and that's the one that got through".

No, Bruno Mars. No it doesn't.

OP: There was this exchange I had over whether Andrew Jackson exiling the Indians was bad or not. His comment:

did you ever think that this was a part of history. hint hint ANDREW JACKSON hello it didnt have to hit you in the head did it?imonly in high school and apperntly it looks like you are older maybe about 30ish well it looks like i know more about history then you all they were trying to do is get rid of the indoans so they could start a counrty ANDREW JACKSON is one of our founding fathers if it wasnt for him you wouldnt be here right now so watch what you say

My response:
Haha, you're funny! Listen, I'm a highschool student too, not 30, but I can see how proper usage grammar, spelling, and the spacebar might confuse you! Actually, by the time Andrew Jackson rolled around, we had a country! We just decided it wasn't big enough, so Andrew Jackson and many of his contemporaries decided to move the people that already had it and make sure they died by the thousands so we could have their land! But it's okay little guy, we all make mistakes.

Me and some friends never skipped a match on Modern Warfare. So some guy on the other side starts a giant hyper rant of swearing and near indecipherable trashtalk. After half a minute of this tirade without breaking sweat he throws in "YOUR MOTHERS A *****, YOUR DAD'S BALD!"

Our entire team drowned out anything else he said in our laughter. We were still laughing after the match had started. I'd like to think that's the best reply I've given to an insult. xD

Edit: Strangely I got into a text argument with someone, who called me something along the lines of a "f***ing noob with no skill" for using a shotgun or something. I sent him a message back telling him that using Stopping Power and Steady Aim (as he was) took no skill either.

Then he sent me a message back APOLOGISING and saying I wasn't as bad as he thought.

Seriously.

I have no comebacks for apologies; it's not something I ever thought I'd hear/read over Live.

I only really do Reach online at this point...so yeah, I hear a lot of shit talkers. What I do is mute but if they're really out there with what they're talking about I'll listen but not really contribute.

If they're bugging me though and, the team is losing anyway, I will attack them, joining the other team in spirit. It was pretty funny one time: I would knock out the guy's shield, the enemy would take him out and, I wouldn't get the betrayal point. There was another time when I was playing with brawlers (ie: get up close and melee). I would wait until they were in front of me and chuck grenades at them.

Serves you right you foul little loudmouths!

Usually, they have to first send me a message, bitching about whatever. Only once have I sent the first message outside of gameplay (and that was only because the guy quit out of the match early because I was kicking his ass).

I generally put on my most flamboyant voice possible and sarcastically say that I loved playing with them and that I hope they enjoyed my company.

Pretty much, I troll them. I send about half a dozen messages, both spoken and text, just trying to get at them. And it works.

I love it when people talk shit to me actually. Gives me an excuse to grief them, since I refuse to be the one who starts it.

agree with them, that will really screw with them
And this. Just agree and repeat what they say. You'd be surprised how many people don't have a response for it.

A guy just started sending all these messages, just ranting at me because I text but I would get over 20 kills and only a few deaths or I would just be messing around the whole time, but do really well.

I got him to stop by saying in my deepest voice "Hello, mmmmmmmm I love your voice. It's so sexy. I usually like me some dark chocolate, but I think I want to try your sexy white ass."

I never got a reply lol

p.s. I'm a small white kid and straight. I just have a really deep voice lol

I once got "Lern 2 shot-gun nub" from a spanish guy after around of Gears Of War 2. I didn't have the heart to send anything back beyond "No thanks, I like my lancer :)"

Im just not an insulting person I guess.

Is there any more to that? I enjoyed reading it.

OT: I'm not very creative so I just type "U MAD?" or record the Trololo song with my mic.

Can I ask why camping is such a big deal? I don't play Call of Duty or other "Realistic" shooters, but (and please, correct me if I'm wrong) Isn't the point of cover based shooting that you should take cover in the safest possible location? (i.e. "Camping") and not, under any circumstances, run into enemy fire with guns blazing? Am I missing the point here or is 'Camping' EXACTLY what you SHOULD be doing in these games?

OT: "U Mad?"

Well, it began with the song "Ten Little Indians" from Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson.

Which brought comments such as
i'm a indian.

it should be understood that the people who wrote and produced this are not only ignorant, but also of terrible taste.

broadway music is torture enough. i didn't think i could get any worse.

I am an Indian (not little) and I think you KKK memebers SUCK ASS.

Ok. I'm not a hipster -- I just think it's racist. I think you would too if any other group were filled in. If this was a song about AIDS deaths or genocide darfur or the Tuscon shooting would you say "OMG awesome!" Take a moment and think about it.

To which I responded:

So, to all the cries of racism? Get a clue. This song isn't advocating the horrors committed within it, in fact it is condemning them. The writers agree with you that it was horrible, and that the contents of the song are appalling. That's kind of the point. Please figure out what racism actually means before you use the word. Thanks!

Then the first exchanged I linked occurred, and the conversation died after my response.
