There's another one or two Wolfram threads out there, but I want a thread dedicated just to some of the interesting or funny things that you have found by using it. For those of you who don't know what it is, here's some text stolen from Wikipedia:

Wolfram|Alpha is an answer engine developed by Wolfram Research. It is an online service that answers factual queries directly by computing the answer from structured data, rather than providing a list of documents or web pages that might contain the answer as a search engine might.

...and a link to Wolfram: http://www.wolframalpha.com/

Anyway, I saw a picture like this on another site, but I can't find it so I've remade it myself.

Wolfram is not Skynet: http://i719.photobucket.com/albums/ww196/The-Carrion/Skynet.jpg

Post some of your own discoveries.

Glad that that's finally settled!

Judging by how well my post which asked people to find interesting wolfram|alpha things, which i posted a week or so ago, did, your will not be very succesful.

That said i think the most interesting wolfram|alpha stat is telling me how many days i've been alive.
Well I think this is an interesting course of exploration. How broken is Wolfram|Alpha?
First of all, when I asked it "How many days have I been alive?" I got an input interpretation and nothing else, WA equivalent of 'stupid blank stare'.

Apparently it doesn't know how to play guitar, either.

This [http://www46.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=What+is+pi+divided+by+zero] confused me a little. pi divided by 0=infinity?
Apparently complex infinity is Wolfram's humble way of saying OH SHI-

I tried and tried [http://www37.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=What+is+the+limit+as+n+tends+to+infinity+of+(one+plus+one+over+n)+to+the+power+of+n%3F] but it seems there's no way to get this to work without using brackets. I feel dirty.

Otherwise, the equation function is spectacular.

No, I'm afraid you just don't understand the kind of site it is - it doesn't answer those kind of questions.

It's not broken - if there's anything wrong with it it's just wrong because it's only been out for 2 weeks
Well I know that, but obviously it does answer SOME of those types of questions, you can see the responses above. And the whole point of a beta release is to see what doesn't work, IE what is broken. So let's probe it and see what doesn't work. That question didn't work.
