Pretty much just a fairly long-running joke, nothing to take too seriously.

But, as the internet does grow, Rule 34 continues to be truer and truer. Soon, there won't be any need for a Rule 35.

Not official rules, most are just gags and memes, but I don't think I wasted my time browsing over it.

However, Rule 34 and 63 are absolutely true.
