ipod touch help

i accidently turned my ipod touch on when the batteries were dead and now it won't stop showing a white screen what am i supposed to do
edit: i forgot to say i charged it a bit afterwards before i noticed the screen

Let the batteries run out and then recharge it. See if that helps at all.
But then again my friend got a white screen on his shuffle and it never went back,music worked fine though.

Can't you resynchronize it with Itunes once it's charged up again?

Charged it "a bit"? You have to give more background; have you reset it? Turned it off and on again? Have you tried to, fuck, I don't know, reinstall its operating system (god, I had an iPod Touch so long a time ago)? Have you tried putting it in a hot oven for exactly two minutes? Have you tried juggling it with a baby seal and a chainsaw? Have you tried throwing it into someone's face while it's inside a soft, creamy, hot pie?
