I was wondering if anyone out there who reads this knows some shit when it comes to electronics and can point me in the direction of some cool tutorials. Im basically looking to make a self contained Infra-Red camera, battery and screen inside an eye-patch.

I have the fabrication of the patch down, but I need to know where I could all the parts separately or if there is already a self contained screen/camera thing I can cannibalize or if there is someone who can tell me how to solder up the LED's, screen and camera.

Any help would be awesome

I'm sorry to say but you have a pretty big design flaw as the screen won't look good as you can't focus the eye on objects that close. Other then that I can't really help anything...

How would that all fit? And it will just mess with your vision. And as previously point out, you eye will not be able to focus.

A patch? No... A monocle? Yes. Few sites online for building DIY IR monocles. Don't let the name fool you, though, they're still pretty bulky units. Most involve cannibalising the view finders from old video cameras.
