Is Batman Arkham Assylum Your "Game Of The Year"???

I got this game on release and I have not been this impressed with a game in god knows how long. Great storyline, great graphics, controls, casting (the batman cartoon cast I believe) with everything done but combat challenges (grrr) I find myself starting this game again. I was wondering if it has had this affect on anybody else or even hear your game of the year candidates?

I mean, there are ALOT of games coming this holiday season, so it's still somewhat early to declare a GOTY. I'll wait until January.

Asylum only has one S...and yes, it is on my list. It's probably the best thing I've played this year.

At least until AC II comes out...

Nope, the best game I played this year was Persona 3. It wasn't made this year but I played it this year. [i/]I actually cried[/i] the only time I've been CLOSE to that was FFX.

Ehh there's still Left 4 Dead 2 and Modern Warfare 2. I mean the game was great but there's still a bit of time until 2010.

It's not even on my radar screen. Empire: Total War remains the clubhouse leader in a weaker-than-expected field, ahead of (in order) Hearts of Iron 3 and Out of the Park Baseball X. HoI3 still has a chance to rally because I judge GotY based on patch status as of December 31.
