Is gametap good?

I had it for a little while liked it but had some issues with older games I stopped paying and I was wondering if they fixed some of the issues like some games not running and stuff like that.

When I last used it there wasnt't any problem atleast.

I have a friend who swears by it, but when I was on, I didn't really see all that much that I wanted to play, or revisit, that I couldn't already.
