I certainly don't have that much trouble driving in real life, so I assume it must not be that realistic.

it's better then SA turning circle the size of a small town, but it does take time to get used to.

Up until u try to ebrake around a turn... i mean 2 or three donuts its fun here and there, but when runnin from the cops it can be a bit of a nuisance

It is realistic for an action/shooter computer game.

It is not realistic in any other context.

Also, meh, I dont drive but I doubt driving is that hard. But in a heated chase, It sure does add suspence.
