Is there a way to disable remote control for Xbox360?

I am playing DDR and I keep getting screwed up by remote controller. Is there a way to block all remote control for XBOX360?

I am playing DDR with dancemat. My game moves itself randomly. There is no one around me using a controller. How do I fix that?
