Is there a way to end Mass Effect 3 with a good ending? *SPOILER*

i honestly don't know what to think now that i beat a game i was ready to call one of the greatest things i have ever had the privilege of playing and having it utterly ruined and destroyed by such a cheap and soul-less ending. i liked EVERYTHING about the game, but in one foul swoop the mere three choices of pseudo-deep bullsh** endings completely ruined not only the the game but the entire trilogy its self. This cant be the right endings can it? Is there a way so that Shepherd doesn't end up a burnt marshmallow with all of his friends lost forever and pretty much dead? If anyone has seen, heard of, or experienced ANYTHING relating to the existence of a good ending, please comment bellow!

Shepard is dead, at least in my version. There's a video clip floating around, showing Shepard's body twitching for a second under all the rubble, but that's all you'll get really. It's supposedly shows after the credit, if you get every war asset, 100% readiness and choose the destroy ending, but I'm not completely sure, it's only what I've heard so far.

The ending was perfect for me. Shepard gave her life, the ultimate sacrifice for the ultimate goal; getting rid of the Reapers and finally letting the galaxy determine its own path.
