Is this a good tabletop RPG idea?

Just as a question is this a good idea for a tabletop RPG?
A historical actuate representation of tribal life 1500+ years ago that also has a spiritual aspect to it. it would include classes, survival, social interaction and even a spirt world. Just putting it out there and trying to get some thoughts on it.

Sure. I'd enjoy reading the book, or .doc or whatever. Amongst good friends I'm of the opinion that there is no such thing as a bad idea for tabletop rpgs.

Sure. Why not? As long as the mechanics you work out aren't confusing or annoying to the players, you've got a decent tabletop idea there.

Thanks I'm still trying to get the mechanics worked out though. D6 seems like a good idea and more imersive for the combat and skill/social/survival chanllenges. imagine actually rolling back and forth to hit instead of: Move, Atk... Move, Atk. Imagine: Charge in, clash, dodge, parry, turn, thrust, HIT, clash... and so on
