From what perspective? Apparently, nothing in the rules against it, so no there.

From a moral stand point? Hardly, that sort of planning and such is used in just about every sport.

Not at the moment. However I can't see the F.A allowing this to continue for much longer in case other goalkeepers start doing the same.

No, he was just viewing footage from previous matches. Why would it be cheating to check out your opponents' spot kicking habits before a match?

no rules against it so no.

Plus, its not worse than what the other guy did with the paper in his sock, just more efficient. (Please excuse the vagueness of my statements I'm not really interested in soccer at all and its harder to figure out how to phrase things.

No lol... The England keeper did the exact same thing in the last World Cup (albiet not on an iPod), and nobody complained then.

Watching film on how the opposition plays is not cheating. In other sports athletes watch footage from matches to make new plays, strategies, etc.

He should have been listening to some SOAD. That'll up anyones game, or at least when you miss you'll hear "It's a violent pornography, choking chicks and and sodomy!" rather than dissapointed unsheathing of katanas as fans slaughter themselves on mass. Football is more interesting in my head.
