I know this sounds weird in a gaming forum but hear me out. Some days ago I made the post on how my friend's steam account was hacked and asked for help. The tips were very helpful and were appreciated. But know we've come to a dilemma, my friend got his account back but the guy had hacked his e-mail and steam support account too so he managed to re-hack him. But with effort we managed to closed the account.
That's when the hacker contacted him. He decided to play nice and tell us what he did but we didn't take in account that he is still in possesion of his Atari account(he uses it for Test Drive Unlimited 2 Online, a game he's been waiting since the first one came out) son he refuses to give it back unless they share the steam account.
And we are afraid he still has a way to get my friend pass(first time he got it through a fake COD:BO related link).
Is this is extortion, because for me it is pretty much is.
Your opinions?
Edit: He has already changed everything and there is now way to close this account the hackers got because he changed the password.
