Actually, there are a lot of Japanes Ronald McDonald jokes.

The McRoll, for example, is Ronald singing the song "U.N. Owen was Her?" (or "Unknown was her?") There is "Deaf to all but the Ronald," which is "Deaf to all but the Song" with Ronald, and about 10 or so others, all from Touhou.
