Its impossible to find Techno Songs, HEEEELP!!!

So theres this techno song thats completely bad ass but im having trouble finding it. It was started off with the DJ goin "LEVEL ONE" and then crazy but then he comes back and is all like "LEVEL TWO" and the crazy beat gets a little faster and then "LEVEL THREE" which starts slow but then gets super crazy.

I know it in my head but i cant find it, anyone know this song?

If you can figure out what song this is from my description you win like 3 or 4 internets and a cookie.

Unfortunately, almost every techno song has voices saying numbers and things like that... I I were you I would search the lyrics you know about the song in Google, and Youtube every song until you find the correct one. Good luck
